The staff members were incredibly kind. The building very well maintained and updated. The accommodations like the coffee and tea station is really great. The quiet time rule is extremely appreciated.

The only issue we had was that the blackout shade in one of our rooms was missing and unfortunately our window was near a lot of outdoor lighting. It made falling asleep less pleasant with the light shining through. We didn’t say anything because there’s nothing the staff could have done in that moment, I’m sure maintenance is aware that it needs replacing. The only other suggestion I would have is that the rooms that have the pull out couch be stocked with sheets, comforter, and pillows so guests wouldn’t have to get those items from the front desk, it’s not a problem just a consideration.

The breakfast was simply amazing, I had to tell my co workers about it because the hotel they were staying at charged a fee for breakfast. The room was very clean and comfortable. The location was perfect for our site training only 6 miles away. I will be staying here from now on for business trips. :)

The only bad thing about the stay was the blind in my room was disabled or broken but I was on the second floor so it was not a huge issue.

Brought my mother with us and there was a gentleman who worked the front desk overnight that always made sure to have coffee ready for my mom at 4-5am and it really made my mom happy which was amazing of him.

Everything was great. Will definitely recommend this place and stay again in the future

Nice town, friendly staff, clean rooms, comfy bed.

For a newer facility there were a few unexpected issues. The luggage carts were both in bad repair with messed up wheels, the shower doors did not close properly, the doors were badly hung. The tops touched the frame but the bottoms were off by over an inch allowing water to spill on the floor during a shower.

I was very happy with my stay here for a few nights for work. The hotel was great, rooms were comfy. Ace at front desk was incredibly helpful with my never ending queries, and was an absolute credit to the team. I wish more hotels had folks like that. The pool was a nice bonus too, and was empty when I was using it. The sweets at reception are dangerously morish.

Be warned, this is quite off the grid so food options are a little limited, but I did have some joy with one app, the rest refused to work with a UK phone number which I was using.

Hotel room was good size, clean, and ready when I arrived. The location is easy to get to off I-70. The hotel staff I interacted with were all very nice and helpful. Room had automatic roll down curtains, which took a minute for me to figure out there was a control panel for them next to the thermostat. They were very nice as the thicker one was essentially a blackout curtain. A/C ran quiet enough, and kept the room cool. Internet was fast enough to stream video with no issues.

The only real issue I had, was that the parking lot is very small.

The room was very comfortable and clean.

I reserved a king room and was given a double queen. I requested first floor and was put on third floor. When I asked about it, I was told that was all that was left at the time I checked in. I had made my reservation over a week before. I wasn't a walk-in. There was no apology nothing. It was very disappointing.

WOW! The front desk staff went the 2nd mile to help with comfort and needs. 5 stars +++. The breakfast was excellent as well as the lady who prepared the meal.

Hair in the bathroom. The floor in the room needed vacuumed. Also there were the same handprints on the interior of the elevator the days I was there.

The room was very clean and the bed was comfy

It took us 4 times, back and forth to the desk to get the room key to work. After the 4th time and growing more impatient, the front desk staff, changed our room. Both employees were very sorry and helped us out as best they could. Won’t stop me from staying there in the future.

Convenient location., place is very clean, and hot breakfast is excellent Whisper quiet toilet seats...not so much on the room door..could've just been mine though. I have stayed here numerous times and it is consistently clean, orderly functional. Shout out to Ace., he is amazing as is all the staff.

Parking after 7 or so...felt safe that wasn't a concern, but alot of big heavy work trucks takes up alot of room., everyones polite about it all., but if they could increase that space some I think would be helpful
