Staff was beyond helpful, they allowed us to check in early and their maintenance man helped me even with my car. There cook for breakfast was beyond friendly truly the best experience you can have i. Heath.

Not a thing. God bless the staff they do all they can for everyone and as someone there for the Gathering of the Juggalos, they are fair and kind. Everyone here deserves a raise.

I used Google maps from Northern Michigan, which it said 6 hrs 45 min. It took me 8 hrs to get to Fremont, I had 2 more hrs to go.I booked a room @Comfort Inn in Fremont and notified Heath I couldn't make it too tired. I was charged for that nite at Heath and Fremont could you give me a refund. I'm a senior. Thanks used my visa debit card

I would like to commend the staff. Melissa for our warm welcome. Lynette was so kind and sweet in the morning. Couldn’t have been more helpful. She helped me carry breakfast up to my husband!Even more helpful was Jane on our departure! So sweet! Breakfast was bountiful! Good job!

We were in a handicapped room There wasn’t a walk in shower but we understand. The room was spacious!!!

Staff was very nice and friendly. recommended a great place to eat on our arrival. The room was a usual double queen room. The room was clean. Location was perfect for where we were going. We only stayed one night, but this is a place that one could stay longer.

The room was mostly clean. However when I went to take a shower the tub was slick. It needed to be scrubbed down better.

Pool was freezing so my husband an son didn’t really enjoy it, when we first got into the room there were crumbs on the one bed but staff was nice an got us new blankets , we were places on the first floor so the lights outside shining onto the building was lighting up our room all night

Clean and friendly staff. The girl at the front desk with pink hair was great. She helped us with ordering food one night. Very helpful.

Need better parking for trailers and bigger trucks. We had a trailer for the Strawberry Festival and the parking was tight. Need to fix ice machine.

First Thank you Jamie for making our stay feel so good. You have the right personality and the best customer service ever. Even though Jamie and I have never met, you made me feel like family. That was my first time being there (in Heath Ohio) and I was visiting my son for Mother's Day but you were awesome. I can't remember the young lady that was there that also assisted me as well the night that we arrived. Jamie you made sure that we had all the accommodations that we needed and you made us feel at home. The room we stayed in was quiet and peaceful. It was clean and spacious and the next time we come we are going to request that one particular room. People can say what they want about breakfast but it was good to us and it hit the spot. The indoor pool was relaxing and Jamie let me know when it was the best time to get into the pool. Keep up the good work Jamie and we will see you soon.

Staff was nice and helpful. The room was comfortable, bed comfortable. I stayed here once before, it is convenient to where I was headed. There are lots of restaurants near by that one could walk or drive.

We were here on a weekday, so breakfast ended at 9am. We missed it.

You can't open the window. Room was stuffy and had a slight odor when we arrived and we couldn't open the window to air it out. We also couldn't take advantage of the cool temperature outside and had to run the noisy AC unit at night

The facility exceeded our expectations. The beds were so comfy and the blankets and sheets for so much better than your typical hotel. So so soft! Melissa at the front desk was absolutely amazing! We had a group of 10&11 year old baseball players there and she was fantastic with all of us and our boys. Would highly recommend!
