Right off of I-70 so it was convenient off and back on for the trip. I also like the person who was on duty at the front desk. She was a blast and very friendly. My wife and I have stayed in several locations and motels. This one was right at the top of our list and will be back for another visit!! WE NEED MORE MOTELS RUN BY AMERICANS THAT SPEAK GOOD ENGLISH!!!!!

The only problem I had was that the window in our room was fogged over caused by a faulty seal on the window itself, so we couldn't see out. The window needs replaced. Also, we have a 17-pound Schnauzer that we travel with. She has never done anything but sleep when we stay in a motel. I thought a $20 charge for her to stay was not really a necessity. She is not like a 60 to 90 pound animal, Some of the other places we stay don't even charge us for her stay.

The hotel was extremely clean and comfortable. The desk staff, John, who checked me in, was incredible and one of the most pleasant people I have worked with. I've stayed at many hotels with work and never had someone go above and beyond like he did to ensure we felt welcomed during our stay. I will definitely refer the hotel to people and will be a returning customer!

We loved the pool. The pool made this place almost a destination unto itself!

After we settled in, we left the room to go get dinner. The door would not lock. We had to move rooms. On the one hand, I didn't love having to move rooms. On the other hand, the staff found us an easy solution very quickly. They were kind, responsible and responsive. Given the situation, I could not have asked for more.

The location was perfect, the breakfast bar was very good. Beds were comfy, pool was really nice!!! We did see a bug in the room…but I do realize that we were in the ground floor, if there had been more I would have considered it a problem but we didn’t.

The pool room was freezing! Only had 2 wall heaters on. Sign on one said out of order. The other one is just not on or working. Pool was heated, which made the swim somewhat tolerable. Getting out of the pool in a freezing room was not pleasant. Especially with younger kids.

Remodel makes this a very nice property. Beds are very comfortable. Staff was pleasant and helpful. Many restaurant choices near by.

There are some places where the remodel simple covers up the older workings of the hotel, such as the shower which didn’t work well.

Cindy the manager went above and beyond to accommodation this group. Against all odds dealing with flight cancelations we had a place to stay and were accommodated beyond expectations!

Wasn't nothing working just had biscuit and gravy don't eat pork,no pancakes fresh fruit, doughnuts just wasn't a breakfast for what I paid for' for two days

Breakfast,and definitely there isn't ESPN it's football season that's a humongous loss

Breakfast was perfect. Everything I usually eat was there. Oatmeal and English muffins with butter n peanut butter. Very yummy. Thank you.

Ehhh. The price. Wasn’t bad but heck who doesn’t want to save money.

Was able to get a room on bottom floor and close to door.

That the washer and dryer is not working. Great perk to have and convenient.
