Staff was very nice and helpful
Everything was good no complaints other than the aggressive dogs a couple rooms down I have a service dog and a man let his dog off leash and it come at my service dog,Karla the person who is normally in the bar was so very helpful and said she’d handle the situation although front desk didn’t take my concern for mine and my service dogs safety but Karla went above and beyond for me

I loved my stay was very comfortable very clean I do wish that there was free breakfast though lol
I feel like there should’ve been more food like options for the hotel also the TV signal could have been better only got three channels

I was pleasantly surprised with my stay. The hotel is aging but the room bathroom was clean. The A/c worked great and the bed and pillows were VERY comfortable. My room was quiet and I slept like a baby. I would definitely stay there again without hesitation.
Nothing in particular. It's not the Hyatt Regency, you know.

An American owned facility. Kept clean, staff was friendly and helpful. The property does not show its age. Easy access to restaurants. Quiet even though close to interstate access.
The price changed from what was quoted on my reservation. They said that the cost fluctuations are due to the way they are set up with the different on line booking agencies.

The size of the room was good, the Tiki bar was nice the staff freindly
The A?C was horrible, you were either too hot or too cold. The bathroom door opening in with only and inch or two from the toilet was a real problem.
