The evening reception staff, engaging, helpful, funny . A good guy.

More breakfast food available as the permanent residents and ate all the food. I had paid for breakfast and there was nothing left. A more customer service orientated morning reception staff, I asked if there was any more breakfast available "No, that's it"

Check-in was easy, rooms were clean and updated, soap and shampoo available in the bedrooms, breakfast was included, and I like that the ground floor rooms had two doors to enter the rooms, one inside (hotel style so we could get breakfast in the main lobby) and one outside right where our car was parked! The beds were okay but the pillows were very comfy. Location was convenient to tons of shops and food places in Wooster, plus only 20 minutes from Dragway 42 - which is where we were traveling to.

not a lot of options for breakfast plus: the bagels ran out and weren't refilled, cream cheese for bagels was frozen and then thawed which give it a weird texture but tastes ok, only two cereal options (raisin brand & corn flakes), and no creamer for the coffee (only powder packets or half and half) - this is mostly just personal preference but still thought some liquid creamer for coffee would be standard.

It was clean and the beds were comfortable. The staff was helpful when we needed to change from a one bed to a two bed room.

Our key cards did not work correctly. The parking lot had several large potholes. Breakfast selections and quality were lacking ie; the waffle mix didn't taste right and the coffee was not good.

The man at the desk was very nice. The room was clean. Check-in was quick and easy. Reviews complain abt the breakfast. I never eat breakfast at these kinds of hotels, so it is not an issue. Cleanliness and quiet are two issues I do care about. This hotel passed with flying colors. Great location, too!

I loved how close it was to the college, and the room was very good despite how cheap it was

It smelled Mike cigarettes until I got into my room. My bed also had a few holes on the comforter and the sheets were slightly stained, but overall very good

Great Breakfast, very personable staff, VERY nice shower, nice large fridge, lots of outlets and even USB ports too! room was very clean. Loved the mounted soap/shampoo/moisturizer dispensers.

a rack for our suitcase would have been appreciated, as would a safety bar in the shower, but didn't really need it. I know it's too expensive to put in, but an elevator would have been "over the top."

I was a little cautious when we pulled in ..we greeted by the manager who put the air on earlier so it would be cooled when we arrived. The room wasnt large but had everything we needed. Loved all the outlets available and even a recliner! A great value..

King size bed was comfortable. Room was clean and very updated. Breakfast was good, had cereal, English muffins, toast, bagels and waffles. Also coffee and juice. Staff was friendly. Hotel was right off expressway.

Breakfast choices were skimpy. Fresh fruit in short supply. The shower would benefit from having a grab bar.

They have made major improvements since last year!!! Staff was exceptional and attentive. Rooms have many upgrades!
