I was in Wooster for the Guys and Dolls play at Wooster College. The location of the Best Western was the best for me.

I came back at 10:30pm after play, and found parking lot full. I thought there could be more lighting. I walked down the middle of the drive in the parking lot and a car came towards me. Stopped beside me I was on passenger side and only one woman in car. She asked me for money, I told her I could not help her and walked to the BW entrance. I was going to report her but no one was at desk.

This is a return visit - love the location, cozy lobby, comfortable beds, kind staff. Great place to land in the walkable downtown with nearby restaurants and a short distance to CoW campus. Front desk staff is affable and chill.

Some of the facility was worn. For example, my room door creaked unpleasantly and its automatic close did not work. Also, the strict non-smoking policy is good to know about, yet I smelled cigarette smoke coming into my third floor room.

The location is the best thing about this hotel. It is right downtown with easy walking access to various restaurants, shops and so forth. It's probably a 10-15 minute walk from the college. There is ample parking and a pool that looked nice. Breakfast was very good as well.

It was perhaps a little expensive compared to other places on the outskirts of town but I think you're paying for location.

Easy to make reservations, easy to check in, very courteous and professional staff. The location is easy to find and provides lots of parking. The lobby was clean and comfortable, lots of seating.

The elevator was small, when using the luggage cart and fitting my family in it too.

Very very clean . The bedroom was unusually large . Front desk was great. The motel was quiet in spite of a large group staying there.

As in the usual older motel, the bathroom was rather awkward and had no fan. Breakfast room had an awkward step up to dining area.

We loved the location being downtown. The lobby, staff and facilities were welcoming and comfortable.

If I had to dislike anything it would be that the coffee maker was in the closet and didn’t look like it had been maintained. Also there was no fan in the bathroom.

elevator is close to the desk, but three steps up from main level and the ramp to go up to it is on the farthest possible location away from it, increasing the difficulty for a person with walking difficulty

good location right next to the Main Street Tammy on reception was very friendly and accommodating - a real gem she is. good ice machine but no bucket so had to fill up the bin free coffee on reception Wooster is a lovely town - they have free summer concerts on over the weekend. However not sure where they dragged Bobby T up from. I’ve heard better from a drunked Tracey in the Royal Oak in Keighley on a Friday night

Starsha was very nice & helpful. Good restaurants close by. Breakfast lady was very attentive and efficient. Would stay again. Also not to far away from high priced hotels in Berlin.

Easy access hotel, both inside & out. Easy to get to room & other areas (breakfast area, lobby, etc); easy to walk downtown. Very comfortable, pleasant hotel for being older & staff is always friendly.

The one elevator is a bit slow (old), but there are only 3 floors & it's reliable. The main lobby air freshener scent is a bit strong/overpowering -- maybe a citrus scent would be more appealing. No real issues or concerns during our stay.
