Loved that they had smoking rooms available. The location was convenient.

The lady that checked us in was unfriendly but the night staff was great. The room could have been a bit cleaner. The pictures showed handrails in the shower but there were none. There were not enough convenient outlets in the room, I had to move a table. One of the lights were not working properly. The breakfast could have been better. I would still probably stay there again.

It was a large room and a pool for the kids to swim in. There was a musician in the restaurant that night and the food was good.

The morning clerk at the front desk yelled at my adult daughter when she was carrying 2 Styrofoam cups of tea in the hallway. Her tone of voice and the manner in which she yelled was totally unacceptable to tell her no drinks are allowed in the pool areA in front of other guests. She was not even headed that way. By the way there is no sign outside the pool doors stating this. I called the clerk out on her lack of hospitality skills and the proper way to talk to a paying guest. This put a huge damper on what was a great visit. On top of that the elevator broke and I had to bring the luggage down from the top floor. Better down than up.

Location and large lobby.

The room smelled like smoke even though the entire first floor was smoke free. When we went to the lobby to let them know, the person at the desk came and sprayed the room which helped. She said the 2nd and 3rd floor were smoking rooms and the smell works its way down to the first floor. Guess the ventilation system lets smoke air filter down to the non smoking first floor. Why it needs 2 floors for smoking is beyond me.

Hotel was nice, staff was friendly. Bed was soft. King size room 203. Room was clean. Breakfast was just ok but good enough to fill belly up. 2nd time here. Hot tub was nice even tho the jets wasn't working. Pool was very cold. The pub connected to the hotel was pretty good.

Not to much not to like but better breakfast selection but no biggie.

The staff were great, the room was clean and the bed was comfortable.

The only thing we didn't like was the air conditioner was not the greatest. It was hardly keeping the room cool but we did have to set it to 68 original but it was so loud and noisy we had to turn it back to 70. We are light sleepers and the noise kept it hard to sleep. And the room was a little warm for us

The room was so clean, breakfast was great, staff was friendly. Really a terrific place for the price!

My only negative was that the hallway smelled strongly of cigarette smoke (even though all the rooms on our end were non-smoking.) But our room didn't smell AT ALL, thank heaven!

The breakfast was good. My son enjoyed the different choices. The coffee was hot and plenty of it.

The beds could have been bigger, we had double beds, not used to the little space . There was a faint “smoky “ smell to the room even though it was a non-smoking room.

The value was good and the room was clean and comfortable. The breakfast was satisfying. Easy access to the parking lot. The pool was quiet and relaxing . We enjoyed our stay.

There's not much choice in the neighborhood for dinner.

We enjoyed the pool and the jet tub. The water was good temperature, not too cold, which was great! They had some inflatables and pool toys for kids to play. I loved that the check out was at 12! That gave us extra time, so we didn’t have to rush to leave. The staff members were really nice!

Everything was clean, staff was very friendly.

We ordered a pizza from the Pub, it was warm instead of hot. The waitress was very nice and took it back to the kitchen and took 1/2 off from the bill. It was not as crispy the second time but was still good - must have heated in microwave.
