The Breakfast was great, the people are friendly and most are helpful. Close to family. Just remodeled and love how it looks. The blinds are nice, but you need to label where the control is.

Roll in shower needs to have a portable shower seat (which the staff found after we requested it twice). The water doesn't reach the seat installed in it. The shower seat on the wall slants and you slide off of it. The bed is too low, needs to be raised at least 2-3 inches . The price for pets should be a one time charge instead of a $35.00 a night charge for the same cleaning

The room was great and spotlessly clean. We had a king suite accessible and it had a TV in the sitting area and also in the bedroom. There were night lights in the bathroom and bars to get in and out of the bathtub. . The bathtub was lower so I could get in and out easily. The toilet was higher with a bar there if I needed it. The bed was comfortable with plenty of pillows. Ths breakfast was good and the people at the front desk very nice and helpful.

The property was extremely clean and well maintained. Our family thought it was a new hotel it was so nice, but found out it was recently remodeled. The beds were extremely comfortable, and the staff service was excellent. Everyone was so friendly and helpful. We received exceptional service both mornings from Bernie, who handles the complimentary breakfast service.

We had no complaints, would absolutely stay again on future trips to the area.

The staff were exceptionally kind and helpful. The rooms were spacious, clean, and lovely in their decor. The beds were comfy. The breakfast that was provided with the stay was delicious! I also appreciated that they had a indoor hot tub as well as pool. We will definitely be planning to stay there again in the future!

Really nothing that I can readily think of. It would be nice if maybe there was a slightly larger fridge in the rooms but at least there is a tiny one to put leftovers in. Overall, everything there is excellent!

We have stayed at this locations several times. Always clean and staff always very pleasant. Rooms are nice and have all the amenities needed.

This was our fourth stay at this site. For some reason, we have always been located at the front section of the hotel until this stay. This stay we were at the back section. The road noise was a little loud so we turned on the fan on the heater. Did well to minimize noise.

Great location…very clean and safe. The pool was operational and clean.

Beds were not very comfortable. The included breakfast area was clean but the eggs and sausage were cold. The breakfast bar did have other choices like waffles, cereals, yogurt.

The facilities are always clean and comfortable.

The front desk staff member that greeted me when I arrived gave me the feeling that I was interrupting her. She appeared from behind a closed door after I rang the bell, brusquely handled my check-in, and turned around and returned to where she came. I felt like I was bothering her.

We stayed in a suite with a separate bedroom and the air conditioning kept it cooler than the living area ( even with the door kept open)which was not good at bedtime…. Too cold!!

It was very comfortable and clean! The bed was very comfy!

We arrived kind of late, but the staff member working the front desk could've been nicer. We weren't even sure when breakfast was because she didn't tell us. I was also not expecting an extra $250 deposit in case of damages. I think that should be evaluated after our stay and then, if necessary, deposited.
