It was very clean, and it was a perfect location for us dropping off our kid at DBU and moving her in. The staff was all very welcoming and pleasant every time we saw them. We will probably be visiting and staying here again for the cleanliness, breakfast, staff, and location.

The pool gate didn't work right a few nights and front desk had to let us in. The bathroom faucet for the tub was facing the side and the handle to turn on was super loose. I was in a rush the while time we were there so I never did let the front desk know.

The room was clean and the bed was comfortable.

The front desk accused my husband and I of smoking in the room and wouldn't give the deposit back. I let her know that I have video of the room and there's no evidence of smoke and she eventually gave it back. I felt like this was a scheme to keep guest deposits by having cleaning staff say it smells like smoke in the room.

Better communication.

I didn’t like getting a call that my room was going to get cancel if I didn’t get there a certain time. The staff should be aware that if a client book a night checking time is not until 3, they wanted me to get there by 3:30 think you should consider when people are traveling we don’t know how the traffic can get

The whole experience was great. Everything was nice & clean, we felt safe, the hot tub at the pool was clean and nice to relax in at the end of the day. Also, the staff were all friendly kind and very helpful especially (I believe her name was Bernice)...she was the front desk person when we checked in ... she was very very helpful.

I was a bit surprised when I had to give $100 room deposit when we checked in; that wasn't mentioned on the website but understandable...and I did get it back after the room was checked out by staff upon checking out; but I wondered...what if I didn't have $100. also, the gate to the pool wouldn't read our pass cards, so when kept having to get staff to card us in...

Hotel staff was exceptional in every way, the place is always clean and tidey! I also like how secure it is and if you don't have a key after certain hours you get in! Free gym 24 hours(not that I use it) buy overall great experience and they were so amazing with kids!

We didn't really get much sleep when the wind blew, there were a set of double doors east side of the building that were loose and banged and clicked all night

The lobby was very inviting

Pool is painted in a color that make the water look like it’s green. Very unattractive and my granddaughter was very disappointed because she wasn’t swimming in “dirty green” water Bacon served was gross. It tasted horrible. However, sausage was very good

Staff was nice and check in was smooth. Also check out box for the room key is very convenient. Breakfast was delicious.

There was only 1 toilet paper in our room restroom. It was 3 people in the room, so 1 was not enough and we had to ask for more. Also the restroom needed some dusting.

I liked that it was just off of the interstate so easy access to everything.

I didn’t like the beds. at all. i seriously contemplated spending way to much money just to get a comfortable sleep. that being said. my daughter who sleeps on memory foam (temperpedic) type of mattress was happy as can be. to my son and I who like a more plush soft type of mattress it was almost unbearable. there is no middle ground. the breakfast was nice. waffles eggs sausage biscuits. bacon, turkey bacon. and other things. everything was great. 10/10. just for me the beds were miserable.

The area was very nice, the ladies at the front desk were very polite; the breakfast was very good and the presentation was great! The infused water and coffee throughout the day was a bonus!

There could have been 4 pillows per bed, instead of 3, and some toiletries would have been nice to have available.

Excellent place to stay. Good bedrooms, good breakfast, good location.

I was never informed about their policy of charge. They charged for boots rooms before I get there, and that's ok. But they never told me that.on my arriving they gonna charge the same amount again, just in case. Never understood, never happened before in any other place.
