Location. It was a nice and clean place

That our water wasn't hot. Mostly warm- like lukewarm , warm safe for a toddler. Needed more regular coffee during breakfast hours. Only 2 complaints.. Breakfast had a huge selection. The place was clean, and the room was spacious . Bed was comfortable 😴

The hotel was clean, comfortable and so accommodating! We moved to this hotel after our previously booked hotel turned out to be less than desirable. Made the reservation about 9am, stopped at the hotel about noon to see the earliest time we could check in, as our plans weren’t until the evening and the young girl at the desk was amazing. She was able to check us in right away, no extra charges. The hotel was quiet, the pool was warm and clean. Staff friendly, breakfast was everything I needed. Would definitely stay again.

The one and only thing I could say is the connecting door between ours and next door was really thin, so I could hear the shower running and the music from the other room. But it was very brief and not a nuisance

I can't say enough about this hotel. From our evening check-in, when the desk clerk provided me with a shower chair (I'd forgotten to bring my own) to the housekeeping staff, everything was well above my expectations. The room was immaculate, large, and extremely comfortable for a wheelchair user. The breakfast was delicious, fresh and varied. One of the best things was the coffee, which was available all day in the lobby. It's a large and sunny lobby that is welcoming and has plenty of seating. The coffee brewing stations offer both regular and decaf coffee. The machine grinds the coffee, then brews it. After a workday, relaxing with a couple of cups of fresh brewed coffee in a quiet and comfortable lounge was wonderful. I highly recommend this hotel for holidays and business.

The pool was warm… The bed was super comfortable… very clean. Room was very comfortable.

They only had 3 trolleys for the whole hotel & we could never find one (the staff even looked and couldn’t find one) So we had to pack all of our stuff to the car and we had a lot of stuff so we made 2-3 trips before we could get it all in the car which resulted in us being late to our event. Breakfast food was nasty… biscuits and gravy, eggs and both sausages they served was gross. The only good part about breakfast was the pancakes & cereal.

The young lady that checked us in on Dec 13, 2024 was exceptional instantly upon meeting her I felt a nice connection with her, she evy offered a cup cake 🎂 which I feel was very thoughtful and kind heated she even took a pic of us in front of the beautiful Christmas decorations that she done herself I'm sorry I haven't I could not remember her name ahe do deserve employee of the year😊

The shower could use a new caulking and the hot water can be a little more hotter.

The woman who was there the night we checked in (I can’t remember her name) always had a smile no matter if we just walked by or if she was helping us! She was so pleasant and refreshing!

The water in the pool was really cold, and the key cards kept having to be reset or replaced. The price was higher than it should have been, so work on getting that down. If someone is a member they should get a good discount.

Clean room, friendly staff, good breakfast, comfortable bed, great location to the Church we were going to, nice big room. loved the big mirror, shower and the pump soap, lotion and shampoo. our room was near the elevator.

the telephone had a continuous flashing red light, which didnt affect our stay, but l let the desk clerk know, the toilet paper holder was loose, but didnt affect our stay, just wanted to let someone know.

Location was great, very close to shopping/gas/restaurants. Staff was very accommodating.

Our first room was on the 1st floor at the end of the hall. We were right next to the exit door and the stairwell entrance. Heavy foot traffic and door slamming kept us up, so I went to the front desk. They were more than happy to move us to the top floor, away from the noise. Shower drain was clogged and the toilet wobbled a bit.

The staff was very friendly. The room was big and clean. We did not try the breakfast as we have a favorite breakfast place to eat at.

Unfortunately the key pad on our first room was not working so after going to the desk to get new keys twice they switched our room. The girl at the desk was very nice and apologized for the inconvenience.

The hotel staff was friendly and professional! Rooms were clean and beds comfortable. Location to our sporting event was perfect

The scrambled eggs ! The breakfast was always fully stocked and staff weee terrific but the eggs were awful!
