We are family of 4, booked 3 Standard King Room with City View for a week Gym - 24hours with very good range of equipment

Breakfast - good but repetitive spread. Could do with more cooked/ warm food Room - No in-room complimentary water (not even for the first day). For a 5 star hotel and price charged, this is a little low - no house-keeping for day before checkout - 2 out of 3 room have no tissue paper. only empty tissue box for entire duration of stay - Not fantastic sound proof, could hear people's chatter along the corridor

The hotel is located on the waterfront with a beautiful view. The building is huge, with 30 floors, and there are several cafés and restaurants nearby. The room was also excellent—huge, spacious, and equipped with everything necessary. The pool is great, spacious, and has a bar nearby. Sometimes towels ran out, but it wasn’t a major issue.

The main issue with the hotel is the elevators. Despite having four of them, we had to wait 5 to 10 minutes every time, and when they finally arrived, they were often so packed that there was no room to get in. It seems like they need to be adjusted to operate more efficiently to reduce waiting times. The staff is polite but feels completely indifferent—there’s no sense of warmth or hospitality, just a routine job being done. Also there is no free water in the room or in the lobby - for that level of the hotel it is extremely strange. Overall, for the price, the hotel doesn’t feel like the best option. We’ve stayed at different Hilton properties in various cities and countries, and this one seemed to be of a lower standard. Next time, we would probably choose a different hotel.

Excellent location on Avenida Balboa with views of the Pacific and the city. Easy pedestrian fly over highway to Paseo Maritimo and beautiful, if hot and humid, walk to Casco Viejo. Cordial and very helpful staff. Excellent buffet breakfast, including the best fresh fruit juice bar! Amazing pool with Pacific views. Great fitness center overlooking the ocean and men's locker room with immaculate showers and steam room. Excellent restaurants are a very short walk away.

Property is well located along a main thoroughfare of the capital, making it have easy access to shops and restaurants. Rooms are well appointed and quite spacious. Common areas are all clean and inviting. Hotel restaurant and lounges are top notch and a great place for meeting, either for business or pleasure. Fantastic views of the bay.

Traffic is heavy in Panama, and Avenida Balboa is no exception. Car access to the hotel can be challenging during rush hour due to traffic congestion.

I absolutely loved my stay at Hilton Panama! The location is incredibly convenient, close to everything we needed, making it easy to explore the area. The hotel itself is excellent, with a spacious and well-equipped gym that exceeded my expectations. The breakfast was another highlight—plenty of delicious options to suit all tastes. Overall, a fantastic experience, and I would definitely stay here again!

The room (2123) Premium Ocean view was beautiful, spacious, squeaky clean, with all the comforts and amenities you would expect from a Hilton Hotel, beautiful balcony with an extended ocean view. The staff courteous, professional and very helpful in all venues. People like Luis at the Bar with his witty humor and Alejandra in the Panamanian restaurant with her professional charm, go a long way in making a difference. First time I have seen in a Hotel a TV displaying all available channels summarized in one page with their logos, immensely facilitating the usual burden of identifying the available channels. Overall a great experience at the Balboa Hilton. Will surely return in our next trip ti Panama

A permanent unpleasant odor as you entered the room, but then it vanished

elevators were possessed (buttons pressed would unlight), confusing multi elevator process with illogical arrangements of floor buttons

It's a big safe glassy hotel. It's fine if you want to be cool and comfortable.

The thing I liked the least is that I wasn't in Old Town (Casco Viejo). Grow legs and walk the hotel that way! Anyway, it's a $5 cab ride to Old Town so not bad. There are some bars and restaurants near the hotel, but nothing with as much character.

The beds were comfortable, and they were the main reason we booked this hotel. The location is ok with taxi 10 USD to the ord town. Staff were friendly.

The breakfast was extremely over prized. 57 usd for 2 persons, and not better than average. The serving of coffee and tea was very slow. The toast was could before we got any tea. No tomato juice, or other kind, just orange juice. No dark bread, just white weat bread. No unsweatened natural youghurt. With these minor improvments and faster Tea & coffee, we would be happy.

This was a very beautiful Hilton in a perfect location with excellent amenities. The restaurants had great food and some of the best ceviche I had while in Panama. The bartender in the lobby was very artistic with his drinks, and they were very tasty. The swimming pool and pool bar was a great spot to end the day, very scenic with a refreshing breeze. Very central for planning excursions and lots of neat things to see in the city. Our room was excellent. We had great views of the water and could see ships lining up to enter the Panama canal. If you get a chance to visit Panama City, this is a great place to stay. My wife and I thoroughly enjoyed it for our first couple of nights and it was a great start to our trip visiting Panama.
