Location is great, close to Metro, shops, fast food outlets and restaurants. It's a former hotel with those typical rooms with a small regrigerator. Has a convenient restaurant but prices are a bit high.

Comparing my stay from August 2023 to February 2024 - quality has gone down. Coffee makers are no longer in room and the shared kitchen is borderline horrendous - dated, never saw a deep clean in over a month stay. Worst of all pots, pans, plates, utensils, etc. once stolen are not replaced. Only 4 frying pans and no pots that work on the invection stove top - and there's over 200 rooms! Think seriously about buying a few things to improve your stay. Carpets need to be replaced - the biweekly vacuuming is pointless. There's an $11 charge for 2 fresh towels and $25 for a room cleaning. Still a good value for money with hotel-like rooms with mediocre hostel-like kitchen. WiFi speeds are nothing to celebrate!

Really good location central and walkable to most places and easy to get metro next door. Big room was clean and friendly staff. Good if you are looking for a budget friendly place to stay.

The self service laundry only has 2 machines and 2 dryers which are always busy. We couldn't use the pool for most of our stay because of renovation and didn't know about it till we arrived. There were some questionable guests staying on our floor and on 2 different nights we heard a fight breaking out and noise. We had to call the hotel about the noise disturbance as you can hear everything from the corridor. Hotel security came to check it and the noise soon stopped. The cleaning service only comes if you tell the hotel you want room cleaning and you get limited towels and toilet paper unless you keep asking for it.

I'm a digital nomad, and I'm in Panama for 10 weeks. The name of the hotel grabbed me first, as coliving is a concept that most nomads are familiar with. This is a fantastic place because it gives you a private (very large) hotel room with a refrigerator and an ice machine on the floor. It also has a fully equipped kitchen, a laundry, a gym, and a swimming pool on the 7th floor. You have to schedule cleaning of the room, but for me, that's a feature, not a drawback. I don't like daily cleaning service. It's not a very chic area of the city, but there was a grocery store within walking distance and several economical restaurants also within walking distance, and you could get to something a little fancier with a 15-minute walk to the financial district. It's a short walk to the metro, and almost everything you could want to go to in Panama City is also available with a very small Uber cost. If you're a nomad, this is the place for you!

The shower never drained really well. I think it's because it wasn't sloped right toward the drain. I don't think it was a drainage problem. Also, there is nowhere to put your stuff in the shower. There is one little soap dish. This is a problem I've noted in Europe, but I guess it's here too. Am I the only one with several bottles and things in my shower? There was actually a strange smell when I first got to my room. I went to the store and got an air freshener, and it was fine.

Nice big room great big bed, good pillows could use a small table. Fewer lamps but stronger bulbs. Great bathroom with walk in shower, and good light, and toiletteries provided, could use a towel bar. Room facing street was quiet, view of church. Great kitchen facilities on 7th floor terrasse a coffee pot would be helpful. I Expresso coffee pot was missing the rubber seal which should be easy to replace. Swimmings pool and aera great however got closed on Nov 29 for repairs. I had booked this hotel because of the pool and was not happy not having acces to it for 6 days. More inclusive access to WiFi would be a big plus

Labels for storage of food of guests should indicate name and departure date not room number for security reasons

Other people smoking in common areas around pool despite " no smoking" signs. This needs to be enforced or have a designated smoking area

most members of staff were helpful and friendly, especially the lady receptionist. she’s been very helpful anytime we need help. the facilities are good in this hotel, such as the strong shower and communal kitchen area.

not everyone works at this hotel were helpful. although the cleaner lady worked very hard, our room was not been cleaned everyday. we stayed for 5 days. every morning we asked the male receptionist to tell the cleaner to clean our room. Howe, the room not being cleaned when we came back in the afternoon. the cleaning job had done only when we asked the lady receptionist for that.

Super friendly and helpful staff! Hotel quality with just the basics made a super affordable accommodation with luxury feel. Comfy beds, good hot water and water pressure, light & bright rooms and common areas.

The communal kitchen was a disappointment. Fridges were good and there were enough of them but zero coffee makers, few cups, no glasses, few plates, no pans and sparse utensils. Had a microwave and an air fryer. A bit of a hike to grocery store plus need to over provide cookware made cooking our meals too burdensome. Lost savings. The on sight restaurant was not healthy lifestyle, vegetarian or vegan friendly but for those who love eggs, fries and burgers it was nice. Open 7am - 9 pm and friendly staff do not rush you.

The bed was really comfortable. The shower pressure was good and very hot. The internet worked well. Good location, the night clerk at reception helped me find a restaurant open on a Sunday at midnight less than 5 minutes walk and I didn't feel unsafe walking there and back. I searched for a long time online and this was the best option in that price range for its central location.

You could hear the TV from the neighbour and the windows do not open so it smells a little humid in the room when you enter. It would be nice if they provided netflix on TV as most airbnb competitors do. That wouldn't stop me from staying there again though. Checked in late and checked out early so didn't get to see any common areas.

Great hotel, excellent access to front, buses, metro, bars, banks and malls. Lovely staff, nice little diner to eat ate within hotel. Comfy bed and my first hot shower in 3 months. Lush.

AC, I was freezing the first night, locked so could not turn the temperature up and didn't realise I could turn it off. Should have just popped down like I did at 6 am and grabbed a couple of blankets that did the trick. Comfy bed and lovely linen, lovely to have AC though:)
