The staff at their restaurant and cleaning support all went out of their way to make our stay very nice.

They didn't get one of our rooms right for the first night. They did try to accommodate with a portable bed but we never heard back from a manager after several requests to have conversation. Nor did they do anything to show they recognized their mistake like a drink voucher, few dollars off or something similar. Instead the front desk insisted they gave us equivalent room (1 bed vs. 2 we needed). So, it was not gonna ruin our trip and rest of stay very nice but classic case of not being able to emphasize from customers perspective. It's just not smart for business.

I loved how the front staff was they were knowledgeable let us know everything. Hold your bags so you can check out when you’re running around the town before you get on the flight. Loved how the staff got us everything we needed or we had in the morning when we came back to our hotel.

The smell of the hotel was off putting. No microwaves in 5 star hotel is unacceptable. I shouldn’t have to go to the main lobby to heat my food up after being drunk. Should be air fresheners on every floor and including in the room so that the smell isn’t existing. Also cleaning the air ducts.

I loved the friendly staff Manuel and Kevin were the best! Manuel gave us tips on how to get around good food spots. The room was modern and very clean. They really do try their best to cater to your needs. The bed was soooo comfortable. I'm very OCD with bathrooms and tubs however they were very clean. This room was very spacious with great views.

the room service was swift but the food from the Restaurant was ok not the best. I dont think that'ts the hotel's fault though. The breakfast however was great!

Location excellent but the best part of the hotel was the staff. They were exceptional. They are solution driven and very friendly in so doing. Highly recommended.

Modern facility. Spotlessly Clean. Lovely bathrooms throughout. Although small, their Relaxing outdoor pool was great after site-seeing. Spacious room. Comfortable bed. Staff friendly and helpful. Short walk to metro.

Loud air conditioning in room. Went on and off- sometimes difficult to sleep. Disappointing institutional breakfast buffet. They did have fresh fruit daily and reasonable coffee.

We loved the room and the location. Comfortable bed. Great friendly staff. One member of the front desk assisted us in booking a spa day at another site that we had our eye on, which was greatly appreciated. Nice bar

Breakfast option was limited, not much variety for vegetarians. Sometimes we did not receive all of the fresh towels (small and large towels) plus the amenity kit was not restocked/refreshed when we checked in. Some issues with the shower.

I loved the properties facilities and their staff! Kevin the bellman and Rogelio are the teams super stars! Kevin works exceptionally hard and is always around to lend a hand he goes the extra mile and his efforts are appreciated and should be rewarded! Rogelio speaks very well and is super warm and inviting. He follows up and follows through, that is a true representation of 5 star!

I didn’t like that there was no option for firm pillows and I only had my room serviced once, after addressing the issue no one had contacted Me or even apologized which made me feel like no one cared.

I didn't need my bed made daily or my towel changed out. I was only there for 3 days. I wish there was a tag we could put on the door to allow if we want housekeeping or not. It seemed wasteful to get a fresh towel the following day (when I only used one and did already have an extra in the bathroom). They also dropped off extra shampoo, conditioner and lotion when I didn't need any more so they were just sitting there. Overall I enjoyed my stay but having an option for housekeeping to come or not, would be a great improvement in my opinion.

We loved every aspect of our stay at Global Hotel. The room was clean and spacious with all the expected amenities. The breakfast was excellent with a variety to choose from every morning. The staff was always willing to help with anything we needed especially Kevin. He's truly an asset to the Company. We won't stay at any other hotel next time we visit Panama. Real value for your money.

I had a wonderful stay at the hotel in Panama City. The staff were incredibly friendly and made me feel welcome throughout my visit. A special shoutout to Kevin, the bellboy, who went above and beyond to assist and ensure everything was perfect. The room was spacious and the beds were very comfortable, ensuring a great night's sleep. The location of the hotel was also ideal—there are some nice restaurants within walking distance, I felt safe and well-cared for during my entire stay.

The only minor downside was the shower; I wished the water pressure was a bit stronger. However, considering the high level of the hotel overall, this was just a small thing that felt missing
