This is a good hotel in central Panama City. Great value compared to an air b&b and the staff is very attentive to your needs. Rooms are cleaned and refreshed daily, breakfast was good with variety, tons of restaurant options and lovely city views. There is also a solid gym and spa which was well used during our stay. On the 2nd night we had an electirical issue which was promptly dealt with and to our surprise we were treated to a complimentary bottle of wine with cheese and fruit platter. No complaints on this one.

Not much to say here, if you can get stay prices that are reasonable for you this is a great, no fuss option.

The concierge service was outstanding in every way especially Gabriel who. watched for and anticipated our every need. All service personnel. were warm ,gracious, and did their jobs well. The hotel location was central and convenient to all of the wonderful attractions of Panama City.

Room was spacious and basically comfortable,but could have used more comfortable chairs. While hotel food was. bountiful and diversified and reasonably well prepared,it was not the fine cuisine one would expect at a 5 star hotel.

The staff were amazing, the room was wonderful, and overall the whole hotel was great! Probably the nicest one we stayed at during our 2 weeks there (we went to 6 different hotels for reference!)

The location wasn’t as great as all the other places we had chosen only in that you had to catch a ride to go to most places Instead of being able to walk. For reference, we stayed in paitilla area (super close to the cinta costera) and in casco Viejo. Still would recommend though!

I like everything possible about sortis hotel, the casino, bars, restaurants, location etc..

For me personally the machine shufflers in the casino that deals the cards, but regarding the hotel I loved everything ohh except for the part if you were bringing over guests that you had to pay extra

Could have a better variety at breakfast and change some of the items so we don’t eat the same breakfast every morning for 20 mornings which was the period of our stay.

Still the best hotel in the area. Actual maintenance of the property. Friendly staff. Traffic seems to be picking up again. Good gym and good service overall.

Staff forgot a few things. Scrambled eggs were not good this time (I.e. blender) and breakfast selection was more limited compared to 2017 or 2019. Music in hotel restaurants was annoying but it always is. Rooms pretty basic and desk not clean enough for a five star hotel.

10% service charge for I don't know what? $44.99 charge that I was told by manager Julia would not be applied for late checkout due to terrible room service incident.

all staff excellent services provided. anything you might need attention on they are ready to help.

pool was nice, was looking forward to the jacuzzi but it was not heated.

Very comfortable stay. Staff were accommodating and helpful. Great location.

The hotel had a damp smell and here were little pools of water, presumably from the AC units, in the corridors and on the floor in my room

Love the restaurants (especially the 24 hour one).

I used to stay at the hotel two years ago and was able to use the gym 24 hours per day and the pool until late. Now both are super restricted in terms of opening hours to the point where a business guest such as myself working typical working hours can not use either facility which is a big negative especially when stating for 14 days as was my case.
