Warm and friendly welcome at the reception. The staff was extremely helpfull and attentive to make our stay unforgettable. You can see they are very good people with big hearts. The breakfast was extraordinary, one of the best I ever head. A lot of variation, European style to Asian style breakfast, everything was available and aroy. A big thanks to the drivers Tee and Scarlett who picked us up and dropped us back at the Friendship bridge, back to Nong Khai. Amazing service and smooth driving.

A little far from the old city centre where the night markets are located, but enough taxi’s and TukTuks you can take for a reasonable price.

Really enjoyed the stay. The service was genuinely excellent, everyone was kind and helpful throughout. Rooms were bright, modern, and super clean. The breakfasts were delicious, with plenty of fresh and tasty options each morning. Big thank you to Ana, the front desk supervisor, she was incredibly kind and professional. Would definitely stay again.

Nothing, everything was perfect.

Very luxurious hotel. Many facilities including a rooftop bar, karaoke floor, two large pools, fully equipped gym, restaurants and cafe. The buffet breakfast was very grand, big variety. Majority of the staff were friendly, with some even stopping to chat with my family and play with my daughter.

Not all, but couple staff out the front door come across as pretentious. I had a relative visit me at the hotel and when she asked where she could park her car, the man at the front shoo’d her to the side because she was not staying at the hotel. Another man was hovering around the other (hard-working and polite) baggage guys, but was not helping them and was expecting to collect a tip. A handful of stuck-up staff act ‘too-good’ sometimes. Nevertheless, only a couple bad apples, but the majority of the staff was super-friendly, warm and welcoming. I tipped many kind staff while I stayed there.

We really liked the room and the facilities provided in the room. The bathtub and the hi tech toilet were really great. The layout of the room is such that lots of amenities in a limited amount of space could be fit in.

The breakfast could be improved with more vegetarian options provided, especially in the salad section. The main courses mostly had meat and this was disappointing.

Amazing stay! The hotel is very new, the facilities were spotless, and the room was extremely spacious. The staff were very friendly and even helped me with an early check-in, as well as showing me around the hotel facilities (special thanks to Mr. Jin at the spa front desk). The swimming pool was great, and the hotel was not crowded. I will definitely go back again!

Loved the room. So clean and cool mod cons. Fresh coconut and fruit bowl were delivered to our room! Great gym so clean and lovely pool.

The water in the Hot tub wasn't hot so we didn't use it sadly. Laundry was expensive.

The experience is exceptional. Our room was at 23th floor. The view was really awesome. And the room was great. We also like their rooftop bar where we can browse the whole area of Vientiane at.
