Stayed here only for 1 day and everything was clean and Sarah is so nice. I love seeing fellow Filipinos doing good in other countries. Too bad the stay was too short

This is not their fault but the location is too peaceful for my liking. It was far from leisure. Which is good if you're just strictly there for business (like processing your visa or something that relates to either the Thai or Vietnam embassy) it's very close to 2 embassies which is nice and the food is also good. I just hope more establishments see the potential of the place.

The food prepared at the place was very well made and tasted very good. The air con worked really quickly and cooled the room fast. The staff working were all super helpful, always leading me to useful places like a money exchange and convenient stores. And the Thailand embassy is really really close if your here to get a visa.

I would have preferred my own bathroom, but that's just a nice to have and only a minor problem and I knew I wouldn't get one in this location.

IWe had a wonderful stay! The staff were very approachable and welcoming, always ready to help with our requests. Their warm hospitality made our experience comfortable and enjoyable. Highly recommended for anyone looking for great service and a pleasant stay with affordable price! ❤️☺️

The owners were really nice and friendly, and perfectly english speaker, also they were very helpful with every request i had (i needed to leave very early) The room itself was clean, quite small, but with air conditioner For the price was totally worth it

The bed is not the best, but I was there for 1 night only, so no complainings

We really like how Mabuhay Guest House bring the Philippines vibes in Laos. The staffs are all good and very accommodating, the food are all cooked well very delicious. Kudos to Mabuhay Guest House. Highly recommended!

3rd floor room by stair and main entrance door close 10pm

The staff and the lady boss are friendly and helpful.. we come back to stay in new trip next time..
