The room was super clean, comfortable bed, and quiet enough, I could sleep well even without earplugs The best wifi that I could find in Laos, I could work very well from the room with my laptop. The owner is always very helpful and friendly. Even if you can move around with the shoes, the structure was clean. Breakfast included. In the restaurant at the side you can get a Pho in literally five minutes and for a good price. A great value for the price.

We had no issues with our stay here. The hotel was a in a good location, walking distance to restaurants, cafes, shops and tourist sites. Also close to the central bus station which is useful for getting out of town, to places such as Buddha Park. The room was an okay size and the bathroom was good, and equipped with toiletries. The bed was comfy and the air conditioning worked well. There was a water fountain on every floor so we could get free drinking water whenever. Breakfast was okay too, and nice that it was included in the price. The staff were welcoming too, and allowed us to leave our bags at the hotel until we got a sleeper bus in the evening.

No problems with our stay. Not the biggest or best room you will find, but very good for the price you pay, and great for a couple of nights.

Good pool, great restaurant!

We took a was supposed to be a little nap just before check out at 11 and overslept. The staff knocked on the door at 2pm tyen demanded an extra 200,000 kip for late check out. If they had knocked at 11:30, we could have left no problem. Letting us sleep then charging us soured that could have been a perfect stay.

-The staff was friendly, but they spoke very little English which was challenging at times. -The lighting in the room was good - warm light, not those awful blue/cool lights. -The flat screen smart TV with Netflix, etc was awesome -The aircon was quiet and comfortable. -It was close to many restaurants and close to the bus station.

-The room was on the 4th floor which would be hard for some people. -The room was very small. -The sink leaked water all over the floor every time I turned it on. -There was no hot water kettle in my room so I had to walk up and down 4 flights of stairs everytime I wanted a cup of tea.

Not in the 'intense' tourist district but only a relatively short walk. Hotel had its own restaurant and there were a number of other cafes/restaurants close by. The staff were freindly and very helpful. The hotel is best suited to someone confortable travelling in SE Asia - it is clean and tidy and has the amenities required (aircon etc.) but it isn't a luxury hotel. My friend and I are both comfortable travelling on a budget and this hotel met all of our needs,

The location was great.. not far to the sights and bus station/tuk tuks ( come out of the hotel, go left and take a right and it's about 1000m up the road.. crossing the main road).. The owner and his wife were fantastic.. always trying to help you the best they could.. and the young lad spoke very good English. also very helpful.. the other staff are just typical youngsters.. moody doing their work.. lol.. This is a family run business.. also their home.. so you have to respect being around this close family's ways.. Thanks for a lovely stay Mr/Mrs.. you made me feel very welcome and I appreciate your hospitality...

Not much..

Friendly, family-run hotel in an excellent location - central and well-connected but on a quiet street. Nice cafes and food stalls very nearby. Comfortable budget hotel with good, cheap restaurant on-site. Wonderful breakfast - local, Southeast Asian food, buffet, eggs.

There was nothing I didn't like.

Friendly staff, good location. Our family room was spacious and clean. The shower was more powerful than most we have had on our travels in Asia. We would definitely book again if returning to Vientiene.

Breakfast could be improved.

My room was Exceptional but my friends room was not so great with a window out to the hallway which was not so great

Every things was very clean and staff Was very helpful but just that my friends Tim had no outside window !

Exceptional. Everything was perfect especially the director of the hotel, friendly and easy going. The breakfast was a buffet so you can help yourself and .....full of food. The best hotel in Vientiane.
