We enjoyed our overnight stay in Vientiane here. Even though it was a short stay, its location allowed us to get a good feel for the city as soon as we stepped out our door and started walking. The river was within easy reach and a lovely cafe was located just around the corner. The room was a good size with a modern, much appreciated washroom. Breakfast in the morning was included and more than adequate.

The whole place is decorated with taste, room was very spacious and comfortable, lovely unique pieces of furniture, great bathroom and shower. Breakfast was to be ordered the day before. Got a free upgrade to deluxe double. Lovely staff.

Nothing, place is great and i would go again. It mighy maybe have been nice to be informed that the main road was in construction making the access to the hotel impossible that way, found out later it was possible the reach by car through the temple at the other (dead-) end of the street

The location is great. Close to many restaurants and cafes. The breakfast was great!

For some odd reason the cleaning people used my toothbrush to unclog the sink drain (there was soap in it) and then put my toothbrush back in the cup were I could have accidentally used it again. I could tell because there was white soap residue on the bottom of the tooth brush and the sink was then unclogged.

everything about the place was great! it exceeded my expectations! the rooms were clean, room service was great, and everything was in working order. the staff were also generous and very friendly which made the stay extra pleasant. the breakfast menu was also delicious and i loved it.

the only problems were that the wifi would get jammed at some times in the day (i presume it was due to the high internet traffic) and the water pressure in the showers. most of the time the water pressure was very low and only time it worked was when it was turned to max coldness.

Very specious and clean room in great location with access to a lot of nice bars, restaurant and the Vientiane night market just around the corner. Staff was pleasant and very friendly. You can arrange convenient transport from the hotel to visit attractions or go to the airport but it was quite overpriced comparing to street costs.

The room needs some maintenance work. The TV rack was hanging on two screws which made it impossible adjust, toilet paper hanger also almost falling off, sink plug was broken, very poor quality towels.

The stay, though brief, was delightful with a warm initial welcome. The room exceeded expectations with its spacious layout and stylish décor. The location is ideal, offering convenient access to several quality restaurants and proximity to the airport.

Security concerns arose during check-out with an unmanned reception desk, unsecured computer, and exposed guest information. Additionally, inconsistent staff behavior was noticed, with one receptionist displaying a less welcoming attitude.

The room had everything you would need for a couple of days and the staff was friendly (e.g. helping with train tickets). Location of the hotel was also good!

Bathrobes would make the stay even more comfortable, but we managed without. Disappointing was that reviews mentioned the great coffee at breakfast, but during our the stay the machine was broken/not functioning so no espresso made coffee. It was also a bit odd that you had to reserve the breakfast items the day prior (which is okay), however they still ran out of items on the day itself. We skipped breakfast after this. On the bright side there was a very good specialty coffee place around the corner :)

It’s a cute little boutique hotel so if you have a difficult time with stairs, request a room on the 2nd floor. There is a different key card for the electricity so the AC can stay running. The staff were always available, helpful and nice. It’s a short walk to the river and night market and plenty of food. There were a few chain hotels me looked at which were 3x more expensive, but on the same block. I would highly recommend the Bloom Boutique Hotel.

Check in was fast and friendly. The breakfast system is great. You order what you want from the menu and the food you get is high quality. It leads to less waste and food comes to you still piping hot. The bed was comfy and the room was clean. Location is amazing. Central with lots to see nearby.

Lighting was a little dim. The door didn't close properly unless tugged upon and opening it was a bit weird as well.

I loved staying at this place. The location is unbeatable and within walking distance of a lot of temples, attractions and also great cafes and restaurants. The room was large and with a comfortable bed. Breakfast is amazing!! You can choose your meal the day before, which makes for a restaurant-like experience. There is a wide range of options (including a delicious congee) and the breakfast space is cafe-style, with great interiors.
