Breakfast, location, cleanness, price and nice staff

The internet never worked!! When we arrived we did not have a TV and refrigerator, but the staff very nice gave us another room with TV and refrigerator. One of the days we arrived to eat breakfast at 9:30 am, they started cleaning and pick up the food 15 minutes to 10 am, he asked them for a piece of bread and they told us than the breakfast was close, very disappointed for a loan of bread and not even 10 o’clock. Also one night we went to use the pool, we asked for towels, but they said that they don’t towels to use at the pool, we have to use the room towels, we surprise about this because we need towels for the pool ..

Breakfast was good

There is a lot of ants in my room. Lucky because they didn’t clam up to my bed. However the hotel is good and the host just need to take more attention about cleanliness

The breakfast was good, a buffet with eggs cooked to order, the room was small but clean and quiet, the internet was Ok most of the time although slow at peak usage times. The cleaners were always helpful too.

The only real problem was, when I was leaving the hotel ordered me a taxi that I waited for outside (because I wanted to have a cig but when a taxi arrived it turned out to be a different taxi that I had to pay for and I'd already paid for the one the hotel had ordered. Annoying.

It's a totally NON-SMOKING hotel - brilliant!!! The location of the hotel is awesome, very close to the central fountain at the centre of town making it really easy to walk to major attractions. The staff are friendly and helpful. The hotel is quiet, with a very attractive central courtyard and swimming pool.

The decor was a little tired, however everything was scrupulously clean. Being vegan, I would have liked a vegetable dish available at breakfast. However, the breakfast buffet was otherwise well-stocked with fresh fruit, and the food was plentiful.

I got upgraded for free which was great. Although the room was small it was clean and had good facilities ( fridge, kettle, hot water, AC and excellent wifi.)Breakfast was a sufficient buffet- western & Laos. The shaded outdoor courtyard and pool were lovely after hot day sightseeing. Location very close to river, markets, various Wats and places to eat. Reception helpful when my booked transfer didn’t show up. I enjoyed my stay there

Everything was very good

The room was big and comfortable, clean and with a good bed. There was a private toilet with shower, and shampoo and soap were provided. Outside the room there is a small yard with tables when you can sit and relax, and were they usually serve breakfast. The staff was kind and helpful. There is a swimming pool.

The swimming pool had too much chlorine in the water, and my eyes were burning for hours after I went swimming.

The rooftop swimming pool was very nice. Great buffet breakfast with fruits, eggs, bread, savoury dishes and best pancakes ever !! The staff was professional and kind.

Our room didn't have windows but when we asked for a new room, they did it. The swimming pool was dirty until our checkout.

The staff was very friendly and willing to help and advise in any way needed. Next to that the complimentary breakfast was great and well appreciated. Excellent location as well. Would certainly book again.

Location is excellent and central. Breakfast is basis but fine. Lovely plants and courtyard area and little restaurant area to buy beer

Pool a bit small and cold. Room and bedding ok

The hotel in the heart of town, just few minutes away from the main attractions. Lot of restaurants and markets is around. The room is big, comfortable, full equipment bathroom, with pool strong wifi and breakfast. Friendly people.

Wished for more vegan options on breakfast.
