The breakfast was modest but everything I needed Salad fruit & cereal buffet, eggs to order. Other hot dishes (bacon tomato & Asian), bread / toast and coffee self serve. Nothing missing just eggs not always cooked to my taste but I’m fussy - scrambled was the best The Front desk and housekeeping staff were fabulous always offering to help and nothing was too much trouble. All of the hotel was clean comfortable and I felt very secure staying there Room was spacious and could spread out easily. Great bathroom with separate shower / bath. Good air conditioning and small fridge in room Walking distance to night food market restaurants cafes etc. Breakfast only at the hotel.

TV did not work well especially english channels. Could occasionally hear dogs barking at night. Sometimes the hot : cold water mix in the shower was tricky. Not really a problem though

This hotel saved us from a really horrible one. Check in was pleasant and staff were polite. Room is really spacious. Bed was comfortable, fridge and water provided. Safe works ! Ac was great. Toiletries replenished, towels and sheets clean. Bathroom was great as there was seperate shower and bath! Reception seemed very helpful. Location is good with a few bars around and not a bad walk to parkson mall and some local attractions. Short taxi or tuktuk to other tourist locations. 10 mins by car to the airport. We enjoyed our stay here !

Housekeeping staff knocked on the door at 9am for cleaning. We wernt out of bed yet. Also after returning one day, we found our balcony unlocked and it was 100% locked by us before leaving for the day. Other than this, the place was perfect.

They upgraded me to a bigger room free of charge. The bathtub is great. The water pressure is strong. The amenities provided were excellent and exactly what I needed like hairdryer and ironing materials (board and flat iron). The buffet breakfast is greay as well amd offered a lot of choices. There are a lot of restaurants nearby as well. If you walk around you will find famous cafes such as Joma and Hard Rock. Namphou Park is nearby as well. Overall, I will recommend staying here. Great value for your money.

A bit noisy in front of the room provided since it's a medical facility.

Warm welcome from staff, clean and spacious room and close to eateries. Unfortunately we had only one night there as we were flying home early next day but they arranged our taxi and a breakfast box for us.

Sadly, the breakfast box! And the mosquitoes but this did seem to be a Ventiane problem rather than specifically our hotel

This is a lovely hotel in a good location. I thought the rooms were well appointed and nicely designed. There were lots of lights for ambience and plenty of power points. There was even a stocked mini bar which I hadn’t seen for a while plus Cable TV with a couple of English channels. I didn’t get a City view which I booked but it was probably quieter not being on the road, although there was construction going on next door. It was noisy during the day. The breakfast was made to order from a set menu (choice of 4 dishes I think) and very good. There was also a buffet with tea/coffee, toast, cereals and salads. I would have liked to see more fruit. The staff were all attentive, professional and friendly. I really enjoyed my short stay.

The only thing that bothered me was the construction next door. Not much they can do about that.

Nice room, (though a touch dated) great shower and had a bath which was a pleasant surprise. Good breakfast.

Balcony without any furniture! Sit on the floor or stand. If you book in dollars, pay in dollars. The hotel exchange rate is not favourable. When I pointed this out response was it’s worse elsewhere as if that makes it ok. Better attitude would be to give the typical exchange rate most businesses give (still would profit from this) showing you are the best, not there are worse. To some it may be small but as a frequent traveller to Vientiane I’ll be staying elsewhere.

The staff were really good and helpful.

The slight issue for me was the shower with hot and cold water. It’s a bit confusing and doesn’t work efficiently. The bath tub doesn’t have a stopper to hold the water. And lastly, the menu doesn’t have any photos or english words. Hard to order anything if you do not understand the local language. All these are not big deal actually, just some things maybe the management can work on in the future, in my opinion. Everything else was very good.

The location is good, within a few minutes walk of most of the central areas of the city. The rooms are large and perfectly adequate for a short stay. Comfortable bed, quiet at night, good size bathroom with separate bath and shower. Breakfast was fine, with well cooked eggs to order. Helpful and friendly staff throughout.

A little old fashioned but not really an issuem

The bedroom was modern and stylish, except the floor was polished concrete more fitting to a 2 star guesthouse. The bathroom looked really dated, but was very functional with good water pressure and temperature. Everything was spotlessly clean. The location was perfect: just one block from the north edge of the main tourist/nightlife area, but that one block distance meant that it was very quiet, except Fri/Sat bit of noise from one local's bar but even that was not really noticeable if watching TV or listening to music. No noise from neighboring rooms. The staff was extremely polite, professional and formal, similar to 4 or 5 star hotels.

The study desk was pretty small and the chair was uncomfortable, not suitable for remote work. Ugly polished concrete floors. Very old fashioned bathroom.

Everything was good. Comfortable beds with 2 super soft pillows for each member, staffs were polite and professional. Check and check out was easy, they allowed early checkin. Rooms were super clean.

One issue I faced was about the fous light put to illuminate there hotel name which was just put outside my the room and hence the room was not 100% dark. it's not an issue as the rooms were not that bright.
