Fantastic location - close to food/night market and lots of shops, restaurants, cafes etc. Staff are all cheerful and helpful -when one of the lightbulbs in my room blew they had it fixed almost immediately. There's a decent breakfast served in the morning and a friendly atmosphere in the breakfast area. I didn't realise at the time i'd booked a windowless room, but these buildngs are long and narrow so only the room at each end has a view. For a couple of days it didn't matter.

Shower stall leaked a bit and bathroom isn't set up as a wetroom, there's nowhere for the water to go so when the floor gets wet it stays wet. Minor problem though and didn't spoil my stay.

Actually I have booked Davila hotel as written in add that vegetarian breakfast is available. We are pure vegetarian but, somehow bread and butter with fruits was provided for us. Tea and coffee were also available. It was ok.

I like everything as behaviours of staff and there dealing with customers. I have no problem and complaint with the staff. Keep it up. Ensure to give more for pure vegetarian customers. Thanks

The staff downstairs are all friendly and helpful. AC works effectively. Bed wasn’t bad, but wasn’t great. Kettle in the room. Free simple breakfast each morning with coffee and tea. Wonderful location!! A very fair price for what it offers!

WiFi was pretty bad. Best use was in the lobby. The WiFi flickered often and you’d have to change to one of their alternative WiFi’s.

The location can't be beaten. Next to bars, cafes, the waterfront, the nightmarket, temples. Very clean. Warm welcome. Pay a bit more for a balcony! Clean rooms with a good shower. This is a budget hotel so it would be unfair to expect a 5 star hotel. It was good value. I will stay here next time.

A little dark, gloomy. Rooms without windows, or windows with no views. I didn't eat the awful breakfast as there are so many fabulous bakeries and cafes, why would you have breakfast here anyway? Sometimes, there was a bad smell from somewhere?

Simple but comfortable, good value for money. Room with balcony quite charming in fact. Staff friendly, but with little English, so basic Lao helps.

Breakfast could be more varied.

In the middle of downtown, close to everything around, including few minutes walk to night market. Cheap, room rather standard, the same with breakfast. In a small side street, so my room was quiet.

WiFi was almost not working in my room, very slow or completely down. There was a fridge in the room, but not cooling at all, whatever setting I tried.

Good location, decent breakfast if its free.

The fan was broken, the fridge didn't work. The wifi in the room was so terrible I couldnt even get OTP without going to the lobby.

The hotel is located very close to the night market. This also makes a lot of places very accessible. The staff is super friendly. They made sure to give a mosquito spray. Sadly, mosquitoes are all around in the city and not just located to this hotel. They also offer laundry services. The free breakfast offered with the room is great too. We are vegetarians. They made our breakfast just as we asked them to. Overall, a decent place to stay and good value for money. I recommend staying here.

Great location of the hotel. My room (with a balcony) was not too spacious, but it was expected. Other useful things in the room are an aircon, a small fridge, and a surprisingly comfortable bed. The staff at the lobby is great.

The aircon is old and dirty. During my stay there, my room was never cleaned although janitors often walked past my room. Breakfast is very basic. It's okay for me and it's worth the price, but for some people, it might not be good enough.

I liked just about everything. The location was great, breakfast was quick and filling, the staff were wonderful. DaVika Hotel is a great place to stay if you are in Vientiane for an evening, or you need a long-term place to stay that is in good condition, has great staff, and ensures your stay was comfortable and safe.

The rooms are quite small in the back. If you have a month or longer stay, you will definitely do well to book yourself one of the balcony rooms.
