Maybe the furnite lt’s old but…this is not a problem. Clean, comfortable, with nice staff, good breakfast and great views.

The price for the transportation from the airport (11 euros is too much)

Position was excellent, I wouldn't stay anywhere else. My room had a view to the Mekong with sunsets and I walked to all the major sites except the Buddah Park for which I walked to the local bus station and caught the bus. Everything was at my leisure, no rushed tours. The night market and night food market were very close, as well as plenty of restaurants and the walk along the River Parade where there were so many open air bars and restaurants. Even a burger restaurant in the building who will deliver to room if wanted. Staff were very friendly and helpful, particularly the restaurant service. Very nice. The reception took care of booking my train ticket and transfer to the station for departure and all went well. Breakfast was eggs cooked fresh and a choice of warm dishes and fruit. Not croissants and cakes if that's what you want.

Hotel is older, not like a major chain, there are things I would say were quirky but didn't bother me, but I was definitely happy with the value for money. The basin tap moved when you turned it on, but Two problems needed attention, having a kettle with a short lead that couldn't be plugged in, (the reception loaned me an extention lead), and there was an on and off tapping sound from the hot water so I kept the bathroom door closed. Even so I would definitely choose this hotel again.

The location of this hotel couldn't have been better, you are right outside the local night market, and surrounded by cafes and restaurants along the main streets. My view from my room was lovely, from the 6th floor you can see the river. It was quiet at nights and the room was compact but functionable. The shower was strong and so hot, a rarity! It was a nice bonus to have a burger restaurant onsite for when you want room service. Breakfast had a nice selection of dishes, mainly Asian, fruit and an egg station. It beats tiny toast and a banana every morning! Which is what I'd been getting everywhere. The staff were friendly and the level of service I was not expecting (eg bellboys and daily room cleaning). The cost for a taxi to the airport was very reasonable too and was a private transfer. There were thankfully umbrellas for use too as on my final day it rained heavily all day.

The AC unit was a bit old and beginning to struggle. Due to its placement on one bed you didn't really feel it, but on the other you were blasted. The thing where you put your key card in to activate the electric was so slow, and sometimes never turned on despite trying to put the card in different ways. But the staff were helpful by initially offering me a different room, which I rejected as I didn't want to pack and unpack three times in 24 hours, and they gave me different key cards whenever I had issues instead.

Hotel is in a good area near the (ordinary) night market and many eateries, staff are very friendly and helpful, room was clean and sufficient for our few days in Vientiane.

Breakfast was aimed at an Asian diet, besides eggs cooked as you want (no bacon😥) and fruit. TV was virtually useless with no reception. As per normal in Laos a pretty hard bed. Card key which means no electricity (air con) every time you leave the room so you come back to a hot room and warm fridge.

I’ve read some reviews that rooms are old and dirty. Well, maybe there are different rooms but ours was nice and really clean . It was not brand new of course but It was really ok. Cleaning staff was working all the time. Staff in the reception and others were very helpful and kind. We liked that we could pay in USD as this was our last day in Laos and we were running out of kip. Breakfast was diverse and tasty. We have nothing to complain about. And the hotel is situated just next to the night market.

For me this is the usual Hotel in Vientiane, I was now for the third time here. The location is perfect, near to night market and Mekong. My expectations are fulfilled and the price is good. The personal are kind.

Yes, as another guests say the Hotel needs in the future a renovation but I think they doing now their best.

Super friendly staff. Especially Pom. The place was convenient for access to night markets, food stalls, restaurants, cafes and some temples. The room had lots of complimentary drinks and snacks. The bed was clean and comfy. Aircon was perfect. Lovely breakfast as well.

I didn't get much hot water, but it has been so hot in Laos that it wasn't a problem.
