I really liked this little hotel. In particular: • The staff was lovely and very helpful. • The room was beautiful in an old colonial style with a comfortable bed and nicely decorated. • There was a TV and a refrigerator in the room as well as an effective air conditioning unit. • The location was perfect with lots of restaurants and bars and night markets nearby.

Most things were just fine, but here some minor caveats: • My room was advertised as being on a "high floor" with a view, but the building turned out to only have two floors and all the windows led to an inside corridor, so that was a bit disappointing. • The area is pretty quiet, but the rooms aren't very well sound proofed so you can sometimes hear noise from the neighboring rooms. • There were quite a few breakfast choices (fried rice, pork rice porridge, pork noodles soup, fried eggs with hot dogs, scrambled eggs with hot dogs, and omelette on rice), but it was all a little sad looking. In addition, there was toast with jam, coffee/tea, and some orange juice-like liquid.

Overall, a pretty good hotel. The room is big and has a general good feeling about it. The bathroom is big. Shower pressure and temperature are good. Most importantly, The hotel is pretty quiet, and the room was dark, which was good for sleeping. Very nice staff. Wi-Fi was good

The window opened into the hotel. not to the outside, which made it feel like a windowless room. The most annoying part was that the shower head hanger didn't hold the shower head well enough, so it was impossible to take a shower with the shower head hanging off the wall. it had to be held in hand. Also there is no shower curtain, so the floor outside the shower gets wet. For the most part the hotel is pretty quiet, but I could hear my neighbors through the wall and people during breakfast time.

Perfect location. My 4th stay in 11 mths. Good rates. Very quiet. Except for indoor rooms facing the small cafe at breakfast time. Good breakfast. I'd avoid the sausages. Khao Thom was great with a runny egg. Ask them for one. Kept my luggage for almost 2 weeks. Helpful reception booked my ride to airport on her phone. An amazing 65000 kip. Gave the driver all my small change of abt 100,000.

Dim room lights. Not for everyone. Loved them actually. Sink water backs up a bit. Minor inconvenience.

Beautiful spacious room and bathroom, nice furniture. Most rooms don't have a view to the outside, but there are lots of plants in front of the windows of some of them, giving a good feeling. Staff was very friendly. Vegetarian breakfast is possible if you alert the staff in advance.

It should be marked clearly on booking, which rooms face inside/ have a window opening to the breakfast room.

Beautiful, well maintained colonial building. Generous rooms, comfortably furnished. Good choice of breakfasts. Really sweet and helpful personnel. Everything in good working order. Located on a quiet side street, between temples.

Rooms were really modern and spacious. Exceptionally clean and a really powerful and hot shower.

Shower was slightly high on the wall so water just squirted straight onto the opposite wall. Due to wooden floorboards you could hear other residents walking around. Still enjoyed our stay nonetheless.

Room was lovely, large with comfortable bed. Staff were friendly, assisted us with booking a taxi. Breakfast was good.

Gaps around the door meant it was fairly noisy, could hear people walking around and staff setting up for morning. Shame there wasn’t a proper shower, the holder held it up at a funny angle which made the whole bathroom wet.

The hotel is in a small street next to a temple but away from the main roads, so it's quiet but at the same time close to everything. Highly recommended.

Could do with more lightening in the room, it's pretty dark at night.

Great location, just minutes away from the night market and the Mekong river. Circle K convenience store available along the main road. Room was large and comfortable.

Cleanliness could be better, in particular the stains in the toilet.
