My stay at Hotel Ibiza in Tabarja was nothing short of exceptional. I booked the Executive Suite, and everything exceeded my expectations. The room was spotless, spacious, elegantly furnished, and had a balcony with a sea view. The jacuzzi was incredible—large, comfortable, and perfect for relaxation. The staff was incredibly friendly, professional, and always ready to assist, making the experience even more enjoyable. The hotel’s quiet ambiance, cleanliness, and free parking added to the comfort of my stay. I highly recommend this hotel and will definitely be coming back!

Nothing, Frankly.

The most beautiful thing in this hotel, is the welcoming specially the guy in the reception Joe Khori who was very nice, kind and supportive. On the other hand, the hotel is very clean, pool is amazing, service is supper nice. I will definitely book again in the same hotel when im visiting Lebanon 🇱🇧 again

The room was comfortable and cleaned everyday and the hotel is secure. I'd definitely stay there again. I didn't get in the pool but it was nice and the restaurant onsite was decent.

Two things: I tried to order the fresh mint lemonade like 7 more times they never had it after I ordered it the first time. Number 2: You have to press a button to call the front desk each time you come into the garage or leave. If they had a code or give you the ability to use your room key that would be better than calling all the time.

Amazing staff and service! We stayed for 4 nights and my sister and her family stayed overnight (in a different room I booked for her, hence the 2 reviews). We both would absolutely recommend the hotel, the staff couldn’t be kinder and more attentive! The pictures were a true representation, which isn’t always the case. We had a wonderful view of the sea, a great balcony where we had breakfast enjoying the sunshine. We also opted for breakfast at the restaurant a couple of days and it was generous, delicious and reasonably priced.

Nothing comes to mind. The only thing that we were mindful of was the drinks served by the pool were in glass, a recommendation would be to maybe opt for reusable plastic instead, just in case of an accident. But the staff were very attentive and clearing glasses and bottles regularly.

It is this kind of hotel that simply makes you feel home and more, the level of care and attention to details was so evident even before reaching the place when we received nice direct message from the owner to check if we need any help or special request for our accommodation. This place is blessed with amazing staff who would do anything possible to make your stay awesome. We liked everything indeed during our stay ( modern facilities, very clean rooms, good restaurant, and more important amazing very helpful staff ). Will not be our last stay in this nice place for sure

Indeed very difficult to identify anything we didn’t like, probably a request of improvement to have more items in the restaurant menu, still we were very ok with the level of variety of food during our stay

I liked mostly everything, from Sharbel the Hotel Manager who upgraded our room upon arrival as a welcoming gift and was very welcoming, to the very friendly and helpful front office staff, Joe (Helped us with advising on many places to go to), Mario, Elia (Was very helpful to explain to us the different waterfalls close to the hotel), and Mario. Also, to the Housekeeping Manager and the Housekeepers who were very professional and kept our room super clean. The hotel also had a huge advantage, which is power generators that tend to work right away after any power outages. The room was very nice and the hotel in general is nice. I like also the fact that they had a free underground parking. The hotel is close to many must see attractions, like Jeita Grotto, Harissa Park that contains the famous Our Lady of Lebanon statue, the city of Batroun and Byblos (Jbeil).

Only 2 minor things: 1- Changing the shower heads with new ones is mandatory (The water flow is strong and the existing shower heads upon use are somewhat painful to the body even if you reduce the waterpower). 2- Our key lock wasn't working properly, and it took a couple of days to get it fixed.

The overall experience was pleasing although it was only one night. The staff were polite and helpful, the service was prompt, the place is fairly new and very clean, the room facilities and amenities were great. Great example of value for money.

I had an excellent stay at the hotel. The premises were impeccably clean, and the staff members were incredibly supportive throughout my visit.
