Location is excellent. Cafe at poolside has good quality food at reasonable prices. Staff are good especially the lady in charge of breakfast and Chadi at reception.

Would prefer a bigger breakfast menu given the Lebanese are well known for their generosity with food and hospitality. pool and access to beach can be upgraded including some maintenance in the rooms

The location of the hotel is central in Jouneh! The views of the coast, mountain, ocean, and Harissa are amazing! Beautiful sunsets! The staff are more than nice, attentive and quick! The set menu for breakfast was authentic and enough variety for the 2 weeks we were there! There’s also the option to pay for different breakfast items like omelet and fresh pressed orange juice. The pool and pool chairs are cleaned every morning. The pool restaurant must have a chef!! The food is excellent for the price! The room size was larger than average, the water was warm to hot every day.

The wifi is not up to par in the rooms but decent in lobby or salon. During the summer months, the owner is present every day— he does not smile at guest :( It is very common for staff to sleep at resorts because they work morning to night, x6/week… unfortunately they wake up exhausted because their sleeping quarters has NO A/C but the staff keep a smile and are very helpful despite the conditions. The hotel has a small boat, a scuba diving boat and 3-6 sea doos to rent, right in front of where guest are supposed to swim- there’s no chairs or umbrella— staff must drag them there for you if you do not wish to sit at the pool. The room has carpet.

The service was amazing, the staff was very friendly and helpful. The rooms had nice views and the beds were comfortable.

The staff were brilliant. Especially Mr. Shadi who made sure all my requests were taken care of. He helped immediately with taxis, requests, recimmendations; etc. The entire experience was great, stayed for about 9 days and left extremely content. The location is perfect, with restaurants and bars within walking distance and easy access to major towns, cities and attractions.

WiFi wasn't the best.

Location is quite good. Lot of good restaurants nearby, money exchange is 5 min walk. Staff is friendly.

Despite there's a beach but sea looks dirty so i wouldn't suggest to swim there. Also every friday and saturday there's a VERY loud music till ~2am from nearby restaurants so sea-facing rooms have a pleasure to hear it perfectly.

The Place was over all clean, breakfast was good but needs more variety of foods, its a nice place to stay

The hair dryer in our room resembled more like a vaccum cleaner, missing was two things an iron and board, and a coffee maker

Great value for the price you pay. The room was super clean, good size and comfortable, we got the ocean view and it was indeed spectacular. The staff are very friendly and helpful and their complimentary breakfast was excellent . I loved the location ! I’m the heart of Jounieh and walking distance from the clubs, restaurants and the old souk! Highly recommended.
