The people working at the hotel were the most accommodating I have ever experienced. There was nothing that, if within their possibilities, they wouldn't do for us. Moreover, the room was spacious and the hotel was very well located in the beach town. Breakfast was great (not awesome) but, again, the people working during breakfast made the experience very pleasant. AC works on point!

Maybe I would suggest for the hotel to add more photos of the other suites as they do differ between them. None are worse than others as each has their unique highlights!

Amazing hotel that we highly recommend for any occasion.

I really liked Votre hotel the location, hospitality and facility were excellent, particularly Mr Nader, very friendly, welcoming and helpful, i highly recommend Votre hotel and i will definitely book it for next visit.

The property is a perfect location for both leisure or work, boutiques style , chic , nice breakfast , nice views from the balcony, and above all very very hospitable environment from all the crew, specially Elissa at the front desk, she gave us good recommendations for everything we needed around town

Nothing worth mentioning

The hotel was super clean! Every corner sparkled, from the lobby to our room. The staff was incredibly friendly and made us feel like part of their family. Their warm hospitality truly enhanced our stay

From the moment we checked in until check out, everything was perfect. Charming atmosphere, staff is super super friendly and helpful and everything is immaculately clean. The hotel is new and the design is simple and so elegant. The room was beautiful, clean, spacious and cosy. The mattress and pillows were so comfortable. Great service from the owner and his sons. They were exceptional, going out of the way to help as best as they can and really helped us to have an wonderful holiday. Breakfast was rich and great. Definitely will come back and highly recommended!

Wi-Fi connection wasn't stable

The staff were simply amazing. They helped us order food from a restaurant and were so kind and welcoming. Would definitely recommend.

There is no on-site food service besides breakfast but the staff are very helpful in this regard and you can order wine and other beverages to your room.

value for money, clean rooms, they were so nice to upgrade our room to the bigger one, when booking try and get the sea view room it is amazing , location is nice right in the middle between beirut and batroun,friendly staff.
