I had a truly lovely stay at Aleph Boutique Hotel. The staff were incredibly kind, polite, and always ready to help with anything I needed — from local tips to small requests. The room was clean and cozy, and I felt very comfortable during my stay. One of the highlights was the panoramic view from the restaurant during breakfast — simply breathtaking and a perfect way to start the day. I truly enjoyed everything and would love to return. Highly recommended!

It was a great stay in aleph hotel the whole staff is very friendly especially etien and elie the breakfast is good with a great view to the beach and citadel .Short walk to Souks and restaurants takes 2 minutes .

I was very impressed by the attention to details inside the room, it exceeded my expectations. After I left, they called me directly to remind me about my bowerbank that I forget, the customer service is second to none, and the staff are friendly and highly skilled. The view is so mesmerizing, and the room is cozy. I talked to my friends after that, and they told me that they always provide amazing service.

Freshly prepared breakfast to choice. Did not have some basic items available when requested.. milk. Overall a good breakfast and staff very accomodating to any requests. Very good service.

Had problem with door safety lock on our allocated room, but we were moved to a different room without hesitation on request.

Narrow reception.

All of the staff are outstanding: accommodating, warm, helpful and professional. The seaview looking out over the ruins from the 4th floor breakfast room is breath-taking. The location is ideal for accessing the beach and main souk area. The room (3rd floor) had plenty of space, big shower and even a bedroom view over the ruins! We greatly appreciated the front desk greetings each morning and evening, and the stellar service from the breakfast guys. The reliable AC was terrific on the hot afternoons.

There were a few room issues at check-in which were quickly corrected by the front desk (they moved us to a room across the hall which solved all problems immediately).

Stunning views of the beach and the castle especially from the restaurant. The rooms look refurbished and comfortable. The staff was amazing and very polite and helpful. I highly recommend this hotel, great price and it’s within walking distance to everything you would want and need.

the staff are extremely professional and welcoming made sure we had a great experience every step of the way, went beyond to assist us with any queries related to the area and transportation,etc Ettiane, eddie and everyone else were amazing the location is amazing in the heart of byblos and everything is walking distance from the hotel, breakfast was delicious overall was a good experience 100% recommend it and will be going there again

i would suggest for the extra staff to make knowledge of the hotel details at the first meeting. like, tell the visitors that they can order this and that over this phone number. for example, I didn't know that we could order omelets at breakfast no one told us. we have eaten what was in front of us on the buffet
