Room was very clean and the location was very close to shops/transports. Thank you to Miss Leah who assisted me with keeping my luggage in the concierge room and was very kind and willing to help whenever I needed help with. Also thank you to Mr Paul for showing me around and fixing the TV Chanels and also was eager to help when help needed. Moreover, I liked using the spa and massage facility service at the hotel.

I like the fact that the hospitality is top notch, I felt like I was home and their staff is the the best and always ready to help make your stay pleasant and comfortable. I like the ambiance and cleanliness of the hotel and their willingness to help. I will definitely tell everyone I know about Lebanon and MADISON HOTEL to add to their vacation list and the people of Lebanon are welcoming 🤗 And let me use this medium to say a BIG THANK YOU TO MADISON HOTEL for the surprise birthday cake 🎂 I really love and appreciate it.

Absolutely nothing.

The staff was super friendly. Given the availability, we were offered a room upgrade at no charge. The breakfast was decent but not superior however, the staff made everything possible to meet our request. The hotel offers massage at an affordable extra charge. In general, the location, staff and facilities are great.

The rooms require some renovation as well as the swimming pool.

The location and facilities were great. The internet (wifi) has improved considerably from my previous stay.

My room was near the elevator, so it wasn't always that quiet.

Great property and location. It’s near the Jounieh Beirut highway and old town Jounieh where there’s no shortage of good cafes and restaurants

Comfortable, clean and in a good location

My only complaint was that the internet connection. Virtually useless

Location was very convenient and staff were ALL amazing, each and everyone went out of his way to help in any possible way. View from the rooms was great, though did not have much time to enjoy it

Pillows are way to big, i require a smaller pillow, and since there are two on each bed, putting 2 of different sizes might please more customers

Staff are amazing, very helpful and friendly, the location is brilliant too, in the heart of Jounieh, i really really loved the mountain view from my room, which was always clean.. over all great value for money

the breakfast was good in terms of taste but lacked a bit in the selection and variety. the suite hall lighting was a bit weak, inside the rooms the lighting is great

The staff is the best

The guests next door were playing backgammon, smoking and laughing loudly without closing their room door, despite several complaints!

We loved the staff and their hospitality, Elie was so friendly and helpful and all the satff, also we loved the hotel location and the room view

The pool is not clean as well the terrace is so good but not used
