I recently stayed at Le Royal Hotel Beirut and had a wonderful experience overall. RoomThe room was spacious, clean, and very comfortable, with all the amenities I needed. I especially appreciated the attention to detail in keeping everything spotless and well-maintained. View: The highlight of my stay was definitely the view. From my balcony, I had a breathtaking panorama of the Mediterranean Seait truly made the stay special and relaxing. Breakfast Breakfast was enjoyable, with a good selection of dishes and freshly made items like eggs and pastries. While most mornings were excellent, I felt there was some inconsistency in variety on certain days. Overall, Le Royal is a beautiful hotel that delivers comfort, luxury, and unforgettable views. I would recommend it, especially for travelers looking to enjoy a scenic and relaxing stay in Beirut.

Room size and cleanliness. Great location as next to a water park. Friendly staff. Good room service.

The A/C in the room was not working when we first arrived. They transferred us to another room. They first put only two towels in the room whereas they knew we were four persons, and we had to ask for more. The breakfast is ok but could be much better in terms of variety and also compared to the usual 5 stars hotels breakfast standards. The reception desk staff is friendly and helpful but the processes they have to go through are sometimes long.

Everything was perfect except the breakfast, which was disappointing for a 5-star hotel. Compared to other hotels I’ve visited, the breakfast selection and quality were very poor. However, the room was clean and comfortable, the view was stunning, and the gym and spa section were absolutely amazing

ROOMS WERE LARGE WITH ALL NECESSARY AMENITIES. THE VIEW FROM THE BALCONY WAS AMAZING AND THE STAFF WERE VERY ATTENTIVE TO OUR NEEDS. THE BREAKFAST WAS VERY GOOD WITH EVERYTHING PREPARED FRESH. THE MANAKISH WERE ESPECIALLY GOOD AND THE FAMILY LOVED ORDERING THEM EVERYDAY AT BREAKFAST.

The stay was very wonderful, the reception staff was wonderful, all the staff were friendly and helped us a lot, especially Mr. Jean Kiwan - Front Office Manager, who provided us with multiple options for accommodation. The room was spacious and had a wonderful view of the sea, and the room services were excellent.

Despite the hotel's luxury, some furniture needs renovation, change, or maintenance, to improve the hotel.

From check in to check out we felt welcomed. The service crew were great. The pool was beautiful and the breakfast as well.

I think the hotel rooms are a little outdated and in need of renovation especially the bathrooms, the carpet and the furniture

Breakfast was excellent. Staff were so friendly. All services are available ..valet . Taxis... pools. Spa...all is excellent Housekeeping is excellent and attentive. The process of fheck in and check out were so smooth and fast. Excellent customer services.

parking is usually free for clients. It was charged. They had all needed but there was no dental amnities. Not sure if it was missing in our room or they do not include usually. We booked a suite so the blankets were not enough . Usually there are extra blankets. The TV in bed room was not working. The staff should check it before they leave the room.

The road to the property. There should be a viewing mirror at the exit. The internet was not functioning properly, the iron plug was under the table and the iron wire was short to reach the plug.
