I spent four nights at the Louis V Hotel and it was one of the most wonderful. From the moment I entered the hotel, I was welcomed by the staff, led by Mrs. Lillian, the owner of the hotel, who was extremely polite and welcoming to all the staff. Mrs. Lillian rewarded me by giving me a deluxe room with a sea view. Service and cleanliness ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ The price is also very reasonable and above what I expected.. The Lebanese breakfast is very wonderful with its variety... I recommend it, especially families... Thank you to Mrs. Lilian and all the hotel staff.

Louis V Hotel Beirut offers a nice experience with friendly and attentive staff who ensure a comfortable stay. The rooms are clean, and well-equipped with all the essentials. The location is convenient, though some traffic noise can be heard due to its proximity to the highway. Would definitely stay here again!

Noise disturbances

The staff provides exceptional and courteous service. The hotel enjoys a prime location adjacent to numerous restaurants, shopping malls, and resorts, with convenient highway access. The modern, newly constructed hotel building is meticulously maintained.

The hairdryer and bathrobe slippers should be provided in the bathroom, not upon request.

They charged 130$ from my visa card knowing that i payed by cash all the amoubt , they said that it was a mistake and they will pay it back to my visa but they didn,t ,also they got 35$ over the offer of booking.com The room is partial sea view not sea view as it mentioned in booking reservation No laundary service

Given the current situation in Lebanon, this is one of the few hotels I have found that had a very good generators which meant that the air conditioning will be on throughout the night and the elevator/lift work even when there was a power cut. The staff are kind and wonderful and the location is really great! The view from the 13th floor is wonderful

One area for improvement could be that laundry and pressing services could be offered on the same day or be provided from the hotel itself rather than being sent out, this is I think particularly useful for people on short-term business trips.

The stuff is really nice and helpful .. even the owner herself is taking care of everything and giving a very good hospitality to the guests .. The location is perfect with a nice view for both the sea and the mountain .. I really recommend this hotel to everyone .

This venue had the most exceptional customer service you could ever ask for! From the offering of free coffee as soon as you hit the lobby in the morning to the way the staff run as soon as you ask for something. Amazing and will definitely book again. The rooms was so clean and new. The facilities were second to none. Wow to say the least

I spent a comfortable night and the hotel location is excellent and the reception staff especially Mr. Anthony gave us an early check in and was cooperative with me as well as the restaurant staff friendly

I have mad the booking inklusive Breackfast then when my wife arrive the hotel and went to the resturant. they told her that she has to pay extra because her Booking is without Breackfast.
