It was a big comfy apartment with a lot of space and equipment. There is fast access to a store, bakery, gas station and other little shops. The staff was friendly and helpful. The price is absolutely reasonable. Also if you like to be a bit more independent and feel like coming to your own place it's perfect. I recommend this hotel and gonna book my next stay in Lebanon here again

The view isn't really appealing and the street noises can get really loud especially doing the day but only when you're on the balcony. (No one stays the whole day in a hotel anyways) Inside you barely can hear the noise so nothing to bad (you have to consider to deal with noises when you stay in a big city). We had a water leak in the bathroom but it was also taken care of after we told them about it. The sheets are a bit thick and warm for the weather in late spring/summer All at once these are only minor things and nothing major and if you're communicate with the staff they will help you finding a solution or fixing the issue.

From start to finish, my stay at this hotel was exceptional. The staff went above and beyond to ensure everything was perfect, always friendly and ready to help. The atmosphere throughout the hotel was warm and inviting, and the attention to detail was impressive. My room was spacious, beautifully furnished, and offered a peaceful retreat after a long day. I truly appreciated the high standards of cleanliness and comfort. This hotel exceeded my expectations, and I wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again.

The suite was stylish, spotless, and super comfortable, and the jacuzzi took it to the next level. Perfect for unwinding at the end of the day. The next morning, the delivered to my room their breakfast, which is a Lebanese breakfast with labneh, eggs, white cheese, and vegetables. The whole team was kind, helpful, and made sure everything was just right. This place is a hidden gem and I'll definitely be booking again.

The staff are incredible attentive and made me feel welcome from the moment I arrived. My suite was spotless and well-maintained throughout my stay. The overall atmosphere of the hotel is calm and relaxing, perfect for both business and leisure trips. I've stayed in many hotels across Lebanon, and this one stands out for its service quality and peaceful environment. I will definitely be coming back!

Matar residence is one of the greatest hotels I stayed at. All the staff are nice people and helpful. MR Michael is an amazing owner who is very professional and supportive. He makes staying here wonderful. This is another home away from home. I do recommend this place for everyone visiting Lebanon.

The staff were very friendly and attentive to my requests. The suite was clean and spacious. Everything was new and modern and there were no issues in the suite. The AC units are incredible as it was very hot when I was there, but the ACs kep the suite cool. Also loved the complimentary fruit plate.

The street can get noisy in the day but closing the balcony doors solved that problem.

Really enjoyed my stay here. The room was spacious, clean, and the beds were super comfy. Everything worked well, including the WiFi and AC, which was a big plus. Staff were friendly and helpful whenever I needed anything. The location was convenient too, because it was easy to get around and it was quiet at night. Would definitely stay here again if I’m back in the area.

The jacuzzi is big and fits 2 people comfortably. The living room was spacious, my friends came over and we were 5 people sitting. Also the heaters worked perfectly as the temperature outside was very low.

The street can be loud in the day but the balcony doors removed the outdoor sound so it was okay.

Stayed 8 nights in the executive suite, very comfortable and quiet. Staff were helpful and friendly, check-in was smooth. Location is good, close to shops and easy to get around. Room was clean and had everything we needed. Would stay here again.

Amazing hotel, great for families. The suite is spacious, especially the living room and the tv is smart so we watched youtube and netflix. Also first time I see complimentary fruits in a hotel so that was nice. The value for money here is excellent, because the price I paid for this suite would get me a small room in other hotels nearby.
