The breakfast was reasonably priced and delicious! So much selection. The room was big, spotlessly clean and the bed was really comfortable. I had a great night sleep. The staff were very friendly and helpful. I stayed in other five star hotels in Beirut and this is the only one where I felt the service was 5 star. The hotel accepted credit cards which is great as many hotels in Lebanon do not because of the banking crisis.

The gym is small and below ground level but it has free weights so you can do a good work out. The pool was a nice temperature and quite big. Both times I was in the fitness centre it was very quite which was lovely.

Rooms need an upgrade. The bed sheets and towels are old and overused. Bedsheets and cover can be upgraded to a more premium hotel quality. Towels can be replaced with new, fresh, and hotel quality.

The staff were extremely friendly and supportive and made to that they accommodated all our needs.

Great service, very friendly people and very helpful towards us. Restaurant is good (great local wines). Staff was very fast in following up in questions for help in organizing tours, drivers and reserving restaurants

First of all, due to the very tough situation in lebanon. I wasn’t expecting the best during my stay. But the moment i reached the hotel. I was welcomed by a super professional humble receptionist “blonde muscular guy” , was served and got my room upgraded by him. Other staff are so sweet and there whenever you need them. Will definitely come again. Thank you all

Great stay. The Hotel was clean and had a nice classic style. The staff were very friendly and the pool amazing.

Despite tough times in Lebanon, this hotel has managed to keep standards high in terms of service & cleanliness. We really enjoyed our time and rested nicely.

Facilities starting to show their age, but this did not hold back our positive experience.
