Spacious living room and clean sheets. Friendly staff. Comfortable beds. Looks better than the pictures. Attention to detail with some nicely selected toiletries and an emergency sewing kit.

When we booked, the hotel should have informed us BEFOREHAND that we would need to pay an extra deposit warranty 20USD for the mini-bar once we arrived. Our plane had arrived late at night and we didn’t get time to go to a money exchange yet so we had only almost exactly the amount of the hotel fee on us. So it would be better to say these things beforehand to not surprise clients at arrival. Also maybe putting an ironer and ironing board in the room by default would have been nice :) Other than that everything was great!

the location is convenient for persons who have work in the area, not far from downtown and Hamra street, close access to the driveway to Corniche Al Mazraa a main artery of Beirut city and to the drive to Mount Lebanon. Hospitals nearby, supermarkets and few eateries. the hotel offers breakfast and daily dish for lunch at a fair cost. the premises are clean, the staff is friendly and helpful.

The hotel is in one of my favourite parts of beirut. The rooms are clean and service overall is good. I believe you are well connected from there to Mar Mikhael and all Ashrafeieh. Security at the hotel as I saw was high and staff are attentive and try the utmost to make you feel good.

I wish I would have given 10 star but the internet connection compared to all other hotels or places I stayed in Lebanon was very poor. Should I stay there again?! I have to evaluate whether I can buy a bigger private internet package this way I don’t have to bother myself with the connectivity.

Very good location, within walking distance to Ashrafieh. Very friendly staff. Spacious, well-appointed apartment. Bedding is very clean and doesn't smell.

Amenities are basic but overall good value. Mattresses are a bit firm but ok otherwise.

Hello, Our experience at the Smallville Xpress was amazing from checking in to checking out. The staff was really friendly and helpful.The room, bathroom, kitchenette and balcony were really clean and comfortable, There was constant electricity and hot water all the time, Wifi connection was excellent, location was excellent as there was a bakery and a mini market less than a few minutes away, And also a cafe in Sodeco square less than a few minutes away walking. We had a lovely and happy experience, I would highly recommend anyone going to Beirut to stay at this hotel. Thank you Rita, and the entire staff for all your help in making our stay memorable and enjoyable. See you all again soon hopefully. Thanks Again :)

Clean rooms, most of the staff were cooperative especially Wael, Rita and Fadi and rest of the team, location is fine in a very busy area.

Though I do appreciate existing of security staff to insure safety of residents it is also becomes too noticeable to the point I was mistaken the hotel with the police station near by when I first came. it’s good to have but too much I guess it makes you feel uncomfortable sometimes.

Large comfy rooms with a great view of the city. The rooms looks really better than the photos. The staff are all very welcoming and truly attentive. It's a great place to wake up to on the first day of the new year.😃

All members of staff were helpful and friendly. The breakfast is delicious and the portion is generous, enough for 2, it is served in the comfort of your room. There are amenities provided and the cleaning is well done.
