High rise hotel with good service and great views on a great location

Kind of insecure armed gangster feel about the place. Superhero theme contrasts with black SUV mafia style entrance security, when in fact risks are lower than commonly believed. Pool is fake cocktail bar ornament. Massage/Spa is comes with jack booted security guys hanging around watching. Slippery and dangerous wall tile used on shower and bathroom floor. My girlfriend slipped, making black and blue spot on her leg.

The Hotel stands at a very good location in Beirut. A decent street close to a long line of restaurants and bars. The road there grants easy access to various streets leading to different regions within the city. The room was quite spacious, and the facilities were convenient. If you're a comic book, game or anime fan then this place is for you. The decoration screams Marvel Comic Book style. All in all, I recommend if you want a nice clean place to stay in the city.

The stay itself was perfect, however prior to that, attempting to communicate with customer service over whatsapp or messaging tends to be difficult. I believe not all the staff are fully trained in CS or CRM to deal with clients. I almost didn't book due to one of the employees being rude and cutting the conversation short when I saw price variance between ads and direct contact which was swept under "marketing" reasons. I still recommend the hotel however, probably as I have a personal preference to the place, would get 9+ if not for this.

Great staff good location

Central location as I wanted, I felt very safe given the obvious unstable situation in Beirut. Lovely staff (from valet, to front desk, to room service, etc), all super friendly and professional. Got a pleasant free upgrade as well. Special thanks to Daniel and Rabih for accommodating my crazy schedule and dates despite the hotel being full.

I love everything from the location, which gave me quick access to different parts of the city. I loved my room which had a balcony, so I could sit out there and chill in the evenings. I loved that there was always a movie playing in the lift so you could watch something whilst making your journey up and down in the lift. Most of all, I loved the staff who were always available to help with changing currency, providing me with directions and just generally being there for me. I'd especially like to give a big shout out to the front office team, Terry, Selim, Barri, and Romy, for all their help during my stay. They were never too busy to stop and ask how my day was going or if they could help me with anything. A fantastic team indeed!

I didn't like that I had to leave. I wish I could have extended my stay, but there is always another time.

We stayed in a King Premium room between the 4th- 7th of May; the room was spacious, with a side view of the main street and lovely surrounding scenery. We were welcomed by Aida, the housekeeper on the 9th floor, who was the best. Aida's exceptional hospitality and warm welcome made our stay even more enjoyable. It's always nice to have someone willing to go the extra mile to make our stay comfortable. And not only Aida provided top-notch service, but also Rami Jarkas at the pool/lounge area. It's refreshing to see such friendly and impeccable service from the staff. It's the small things that make a big difference during a hotel stay, and the team at this hotel understands that.

The location is great, not that far from the airport and amenities very close by. The hotel is a bit different to others by having its own character which I liked a-lot compared to something like Raddison / Hiltons.

A-lot of noise gets through the balcony doors which isn't ideal.

The team were incredible - welcoming, friendly and always helpful. The hotel is well kitted out and the location is excellent, especially for a solo traveller, as it is within walking distance of the National Museum, great cafes and restaurants.

Maybe a little more choice at breakfast and definitely water in the gym would both be great additions
