Accommodation at the Hilton Hotel pleasantly surprised me with their communication and implementation of measures needed for my family member who required disabled services. The accessibility was high (except for the access to the hotel and the bar on the 31st floor), so with assistance, it was truly a great experience. The staff was kind, accommodating, friendly, and especially professional without any stigmatization, which I greatly appreciated. The food and cleanliness were at the expected 4-star level. Overall, I would rate my stay at this hotel as an excellent experience and I highly recommend it to anyone who values cleanliness, communication, and professionalism, and also needs assistance and provision of disabled services. These people know how to provide services and how to quickly learn from and improve situations. Truly a great experience of humanity and professionalism

The only negative experience was ordering a taxi, but afterward, we managed things on our own, and it did not affect our experiences and meetings with friends and colleagues beyond that one instance.

The staff made our stay exceptional! Friendly, helpful, and well informed. Jad at the front desk was amazing and I had the smoothest check-in experience with him. He also gave us an upgrade which really added to our experience.

The room itself is amazing: very spacious with lots of storage, super comfortable bed and pillows, nice sunset view of Beirut. Hotel lobby is beautiful. Breakfast is tasty. Room service is great.

No AC in the hallways / elevator Some facilities are old. Our safety box was stuck and fixed twice during our stay

The hotel overall was an amazing stay, rooms are super clean, worthy for the stay. It was super comfortable.
