Attentive staff. Beautiful view with balcony. Great location. Very nice room. Nice kitchenette with 2 burners, microwave, mini-frig, and sink. Just need to ask for cooking ware and buy dish soap and sponge.

Advertisement inaccurate. Stated it had a restaurant, pool, and could use a credit card to pay. No capability to use credit cards, so I had to pay in cash for the entire 9-day stay. It cost me a lot in ATM fees unfortunately.

The room was big and comfortable. it also had a balcony which was great. The staff were super friendly especially Ali when the internet was not connecting, he made sure to solve the problem

I just didnt like that the room smelled like cigarette and the towels were a bit old with few stains on them but that was also solved

WiFi service Breakfast is useless Had to pay an extra amount for the breakfast, as the quoted price on the hotel system was for 1 adult while on booking.com the option was for two.

It is good value for money, the room is bigger than excepted, it was clean, the staff are responsive, and the area looks that it is crowded but it is calm and no one will bother you while sleeping

The hotel needs more staff specially at night, some basic facilities were not available (toothbrush & slippers), and one night we came to the reception and full of shisha smell that was not pleasant

Very helpful staff with excellent customer service🫡 The hotel's facilities are mostly new and overall it is super clean 👌 Good location, many good restaurants around, and a hypermarket around the corner, and many top arabic sweet stores. Also a good cafe is there minutes away Big rooms Big balcony

Super clean rooms In the room there small kitchen with fridge, kettler and small oven+ microwave. Super friendly stuff, especially Rony, Tony and Mario! But not only them - all stuff is very helpful. While I was with 2 small kids- they suggested to do extra cleaning of the room. When kids were clumsy and didn’t want to eat meals from breakfast menu- they went to place near hotel and brought for kids what did they demand. Even without my request to do that! Thank a lot

The rooms are spacious, newer and renovated ! Service at the reception and when calling room service is quick and exceptional. The pool is a jet jacuzzi style nice but not meant for swimming more of a relax and have a drink vibe ! Picture attached. Its a mid location not too close not too far to things around.

The power cut out three times given lebanons situation but it was restored within less than 30 seconds. The view directly facing the hotel with a balcony was to a huge metal scrap yard I did not mind as there was a little more city and mountains around. I wish I had a picture. It was surprising and funny if anything !! I just wouldn't pay extra to have balcony if visiting again. The Tv was not working issues with the receiver. Called reception they sent someone within 5 minutes but unable to fix it so they sent someone to fix the satellites up did not come back with an answer anyway was not bothered the internet is good and watched on my laptop.
