From the moment we arrived at Tilia Hotel , we knew we had chosen the right place for our getaway. The staff were incredibly welcoming and attentive, making us feel like VIPs throughout our stay. The room itself was spacious, and thoughtfully designed. One of the highlights is that hotel is near by everything at Achrafieh It was just a short walk to almost everything from supermarket, food , malls …. making it convenient to explore the area without having to worry about transportation. All in all, our stay at Tilia Hotel was nothing short of perfect. We left feeling refreshed, pampered, and eager to return. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for an unforgettable experience!

I recently stayed at Tilia ApartHotel, and it was an absolute delight! From the moment I arrived, the staff's friendliness and attention to detail stood out. It was a hot day, and I was pleasantly surprised to find that the AC had already been turned on in my room, anticipating my arrival. The airport transfer I booked for my spouse went off without a hitch, adding to the overall smoothness of our stay. One of the highlights was the rooftop view—truly spectacular! Waking up each day to watch the sunrise over the mountains and Mediterranean was a breathtaking experience. The view offered everything from majestic mountains to the bustling cityscape of Beirut. The hotel’s facilities are perfect for families. My nephews had ample space to play and run around, which made our stay even more enjoyable. The hotel’s cleanliness was impeccable; I noticed that even when a customer accidentally spilled water in the elevator, it was cleaned up in minutes. Tilia ApartHotel will definitely be my first choice for my next visit. The combination of outstanding service, amazing views, and family-friendly amenities made it an unforgettable stay!

To be honest, there wasn’t much to fault about my stay. If I had to be extremely picky, the only minor issue was that the safe in our room had been left with the key inside by the previous guest. However, this was not the hotel's fault at all. We contacted the reception, and they promptly sent someone to resolve the issue within 5 minutes. Even this minor hiccup was handled with such efficiency that it didn’t affect our overall experience at all.

Had a pleasant, chilled stay here, with clean, comfortable rooms, a nice rooftop pool and gym, helpful staff and some kind gestures. Location is ok, with pretty quick access to the main roads into and out of Beirut as well as a reasonable distance (for me) walk into the city or to the nearest bars/restaurants/supermarket. Staff seem genuinely open for feedback as well.

This place is still fairly new and so have some teething issues to resolve. They mostly feel like little things such as no bedside reading light or the fridge in my room was unable to be plugged in. Location feels a little secluded as there’s not much life directly around it. There’s no restaurant (yet apparently) so you have to generally drive somewhere to get dinner. Also the bedroom door security is secure but possibly too much so, it took a couple attempts for the staff to help me get my key card working on the door lock device (both to unlock and then to lock it).

Staff were very attentive, gym was excellent except missing a treadmill, rooms were comfortable and very clean, the whole building is new so facilities are generally in a very good condition.

There were no chairs or tables or loungers on the rooftop terrace. It would be nice to have the option to sit in the sun even during winter. The gym didn't have a treadmill but was otherwise excellent. The bar in the lobby didn't have any real atmosphere, maybe different in summer.

This is a new property and everything is super nice, comfortable, neat and tidy. The room was exceptional with a big beautiful balcony. I highly recommend to stay there, it is in the heart of the city, very close to shops and restaurants, safe and quiet area. The staff is just amazing. Rita was super helpful and so welcoming. So glad to meet the owner and know more about the hotel. Guys are doing a great job. Plus! There is an amazing view on the rooftop with the pool. Don’t miss a chance to stay in such a beautiful place. Feels like your home.

There is nothing like that

The staff were exceptionally kind! Kudos to Rita, she was very friendly and gave me lots of great tips for Batroun! Location was good too and easily walkable to National Museum as well as lots of restaurants and cafes. Having a rooftop pool was the best thing to have on a hot afternoon! Rooms were spacias and clean.

Rita and company were so accommodating throughout my entire stay. Seeing them was the highlight of every day. Great facilities, roof top pool a major bonus.

This is an up and coming neighborhood right outside Mar Mikhael and Gemmayzeh. While it was a short and cheap Uber ride to all the bars and restaurants, but not in the action enough. That being said, there was not street noise and the neighborhood was very safe.

i had a fantastic experience in the Achrafieh district! especially at Tilia Hotel It’s always a pleasant surprise to find such quality and comfort in a place you might not expect. The central location definitely seems like a major perk, with everything close by, from shopping to dining. The cleanliness and friendliness of the staff can really elevate a stay.

The location is excellent and in a few steps from a supermarket, bakeries, and shops. Very convenient to commute anywhere in Beirut. The staff were the best, very welcoming, extremely kind and helpful. The room was comfortable and equipped with all necessities. A welcome mini bottle of wine, water bottles everyday, and room clearing.

The hotel I super clean, the staff super nice, Alan, Rita and the this other lady I didn’t get her name she gave me suggestions on where to go. Alan very friendly always making sure my stay there was perfect and Rita very nice and helpful they all made my stay memorable, they made me feel at home. Thank you all.
