Loved my stay! Perfect location in the heart of Beirut, with a beautiful rooftop view overlooking downtown. Great vibe, friendly staff, and everything within walking distance. Definitely coming back!

The hotel is a beautiful boutique hotel. From the moment you enter, everyone you meet is extremely friendly, hospitable and ready to help. The room was very clean and the beds were comfortable. The rooftop and pool area are wonderful too - you’ll get a good view of downtown Beirut and a beautiful sunset every night. The food at the hotel is also great.

The wifi can be a bit unpredictable and slow, but it honestly wasn’t terrible. From what I understand, Beirut experiences rolling blackouts where the power shuts off. If you happen to be in your room while this happens, you barely notice it because the power goes back on within seconds. The only downloads however was in our room when the power would come back on, all the lights would turn on. This was quite jarring especially since it interrupted our sleep each night. I think it was just our room because one of our friends staying in another room didn’t experience the light issue.

I had a great stay at O Monot. The staff at the front desk and in the restaurant were very friendly and responsive - Mohammed at the front desk was particularly kind. The location is within walking distance of some great bars and restaurants, although in a somewhat quieter area. The rooftop was lovely - perfect for a drink at the end of the day. My room was clean and quiet. Also important to note that the hotel has 24/7 electricity, and can manage payment by credit card.

My only minor critique is that the restaurant has limited options in the evening, and it's more 'international' fare (nachos, for example). As an international visitor, I would have preferred more traditional Lebanese food. Breakfast was fine, but nothing too remarkable. (The restaurant staff were lovely, though!)

Everything was perfect! The stay was amazing — the comfort, the service, the room, the food, and the facilities were all just perfect! The staff was super helpful and friendly. The whole experience exceeded my expectations, and the food was absolutely delicious!

I recently had the pleasure of staying at the Omonot Hotel during my visit to the beautiful city of Beirut, and I must say that it exceeded all my expectations. From the moment I arrived until the day of my departure, the staff at Omonot went above and beyond to ensure that my stay was nothing short of exceptional. I would like to extend a special thank you to Omar, who played an instrumental role in making our time at the hotel truly unforgettable. First and foremost, the staff at Omonot Hotel greeted us with warm smiles and a genuine eagerness to assist us throughout our stay. The level of professionalism and hospitality exhibited by the entire team was outstanding. Every interaction with the staff was met with kindness, attentiveness, and a willingness to cater to our needs. Omar, in particular, stood out with his remarkable attention to detail and dedication to ensuring our comfort. He consistently went the extra mile to make sure we had everything we needed, and his friendly and approachable demeanor made us feel like valued guests. From providing valuable local insights to suggesting hidden gems in Beirut, his recommendations greatly enhanced our overall experience.

I had issues with the room on arrival and the manager immediately addressed the issue and rectified the situation. He made sure I was happy before addressing any other matter. The breakfast, reception and rooftop staff were extremely friendly and helpful. Thanks to everyone there and I will definitely be back soon.

Staff they were lovely.

Overall cleanliness of the building itself, the cost was too high for location and what you were getting. Attention to detail about things that needed to get fixed. Wasn’t there. Especially near pool area. The men upstairs in restaurant and pool stared too much at the guests and that made it uncomfortable to go into the pool. They all called other men to come up there which was strange. Breakfast didn’t have much variety every morning was the same little options

I liked the staff's willingness to help and the location of the Hotel. The pool on the roof was very nice and enjoyable. The rooms are large and beds very comfortable and big.

I would never trust the hotel to recommend a trip or organize a trip again. The company they use is not to be trusted. We were put in a smudgy car with a thick smell of ashtray and the car's handlebars were so grouse I didn't want to touch them. The balconies are not really balconies but small metal protrusions where you can stand but not sit.

We really liked how clean and new the property was! The rooms were really nicely done and modern and the bed was so comfy. The staff were exceptional when we saw them and overall a friendly stay. The location of the hotel is great 🙂

Nothing which we didn’t like, just maybe for breakfast if there could be a wider choice range/menu
