I am extremely delighted to witness the corporate values of hospitality being recognized and disseminated throughout all team members. Additionally, I am truly grateful to have experienced sincere care from Marie Claire, Caroline, Rita, Ali, Mohammed, and Hadi, all of whom have exhibited the same high standard of professionalism and profound respect.

The breakfast likely requires improved upkeep (not in terms of team performance). The Food and Beverage team was exceptionally attentive and diligent in their responsibilities. The plates used for serving the food were somewhat small for the portions provided, and the breakfast offerings did not change, lacking any new items or modifications. Despite my feedback, everything that was served was fresh, clean, and well-received by the guests.

The location is perfect and the staff are very friendly and hospitable; Hadi at the reception was very friendly, we had an early flight, hence and generous early check in was offered to us.. the concierge is very kind and friendly.. A few comments, but nothing significant.. Do not expect views or nice outdoor spaces, this is an urban hotel, the furniture is somewhat outdated but in good condition and clean.. Breakfast is a little limited, but with the great location of the hotel, you have unlimited breakfast options in a short walking distance to Zaytouna bay.. I would come back!

xcellent Stay – Great Location & Amazing Staff! I had a fantastic experience at Radisson Blu Martinez, Beirut! The location is perfect, close to major attractions and easy to get around. The hotel itself is well-maintained, offering comfort and convenience. What truly made my stay exceptional was the amazing staff—friendly, professional, and always willing to help. A special mention to Ali Abdulla, who is by far the best manager! His dedication to guest satisfaction, attentiveness, and warm hospitality made all the difference. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Beirut and will definitely return!

Staff (Hussain, Shirbl, coaches in spa facilities, dining staff, and others), fast check in & check out, breakfast, location, spa facilities (sauna, steam room and swimming pool), gym, near grocery stores, barbershops, and exchange facilities. It was very easy to find taxis near the hotel. I chose this specific hotel, since it is the only one, in Beirut , that has a large indoor swimming pool. This helps to easily practice swimming during the winter season. I thank the management for their hospitality and kind help during my stay. Sure will come again to enjoy this nice city, if God willing.

The noise came from outside (motorbikes and construction work). The management helped by switching me to another suite, but it has no balcony like the first one. However, I again faced another challenge because there was a leak in the suite from the ceiling that last for two night, during which I couldn’t sleep well, since I was working to solve the problem by putting towels and small bin to hold the noise and water. The workers came the next day and fixed the problem. Thanks to the management and workers for their kind help and support.

Hotel room was very nice with a giant TV. The bathroom was big and had a nice powerful shower. The breakfast was pretty decent - I especially liked their a la carte options.

I think may people mentioned that the spa/pool has very strange closing times - closed completely on Sunday and early on Saturday. We booked this hotel especially for the jacuzzi as we were doing some hiking the a few days before and wanted to help sore muscles, but when we went, the jacuzzi was closed with no explanation. The hotel sent me many emails after I booked, so it would be nice if they could have informed me if a major part of the spa was closed so I could at least have the choice to book elsewhere.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel in Lebanon. Its location is perfect—close to the town, making it easy to get around. The place is very clean, and the atmosphere is warm and welcoming. The staff are incredibly friendly, and the entire team is always ready to help with a smile. I truly appreciated their hospitality and would happily stay here again.

5 years ago I stayed at the Radisson Blu Martinez. I decided to stay again this time since the location is great and the hotel is very nice too. But I must say that this stay, has exceeded my expectations for many reasons. The hotel staff has made me feel like family and looked after me in every sense, even when I got sick. I was given an upgrade in my room and access to the business lounge. I need to give a special mention to thank these wonderful people for their kindness, the lovely Rita, Ali, Hadi, Haidar and Abed. You all made my stay so much better ❤ Anything I ever needed was immediately covered. The rooms are comfy and clean. The Spa area is beautiful and the service is exceptional. I recently had the pleasure of staying at a hotel that exceeded all my expectations. From the moment I stepped into the lobby, I was greeted with a warm and inviting atmosphere. The cleanliness of the hotel was immediately apparent, as everything was spotless and well-maintained. One of the highlights of my stay was the comfort of my room. The bed was incredibly cozy, and the room itself was spacious and beautifully decorated. I found myself looking forward to returning to my room after a long day of exploring the city. However, what truly set this hotel apart was the exceptional service provided by the reception staff, particularly Hadi. Hadi's professionalism and high level of client orientation were truly remarkable. He went above and beyond to ensure that my stay was as enjoyable as possible, offering helpful recommendations. His friendly demeanor and willingness to assist with any request made me feel valued as a guest. Overall, I cannot recommend this hotel enough. The combination of comfortable rooms, impeccable cleanliness, and outstanding customer service, especially from Hadi, made my stay truly comfortable. breakfast was really good, and when I asked for GF bread, I got what I asked for. Location is very convenient, close to Beirut's main attractions, like Beirut Souks, Zeituna bay, etc...

nothing. Everything was great, I have nothing that I didn't like. I might only comment that parking is paid, it is 10$, but is nothing compared to Europe's hotels and is fair.

I was amazed by my stay at the hotel, everything from the cleanliness to the comfort of the room, the atmosphere was welcoming. Also special thanks to Mr Hadi at the reception for being super helpful throughout my visit. Would definitely come back.
