Overall, we were pleased with the hotel. It was centrally located. It was very nice to have double glass doors on the side opening to the balcony, the presence of sun-proof curtains, preventing both sound and light. Because of the airline company mistake, our flight has changed in the very last minute and we arrived earlier than expected, but they were helpful and accepted us to our room early. There was a refrigerator, a safety deposit box, a kettle and daily tea, coffee, water and sugar in the room. Towels and pillow covers were changed every day. Likewise, we were allowed to leave a little late. The guys at the reception were very helpful. The reception arranged a comfortable vehicle for us at a reasonable price for our daily Jeita Harissa Biblos tour. Our questions were answered with a smile. Breakfast was sufficient. We were greeted with a smile in the breakfast room. Our omelet was prepared according to our wishes.thanks tamer and irad.

However, there was a problem with the cleaning of the tables and the plates, cutlery and glasses at the breakfast.The glasses in the room were always the same. It could have been better.

The service is amazing, most of the employees at the hotel are super polite and positive mainly one young guy in glasses (reception Assistant) he was such a kind gentlemen. 15 nights, nothing to complain about. Will be booking again when in Lebanon next time

It was my second stay at the Hotel Cavalier and once again I was very satisfied. First of all it is near Hamra so cafes and restraurants and supermarkets are very close by. Despite that the room is very quiet and as a big plus it comes with a balcony so it is a nice place to sit outside and watch the street below. Staff was very friendly and forthcoming, room and bathroom was spotlessly clean. Hot water comes immediately when you turn on the tap. The room comes with a fridge, tea kettle with tea and coffee provided and the bottle of drinking water is replaced every day. When I am in Beirut next time I will make sure to stay at the Hotel Cavalier again.

This was my second time staying at Hotel Cavalier, and just like the first time, I was very satisfied. We had to change our dates due to personal reasons, and the hotel was very accommodating. They changed our dates almost immediately, without any additional cost. Overall, I would strongly recommend for anyone looking for a clean and comfortable hotel in a quiet neighborhood in Beirut.

Mr. Tamer Abdel Baki was really very friendly and took care of us by writing to us about 2 weeks before we went to the hotel and providing us with information on everything we might need. During our stay, all employees showed their sincere interest and helped us in every way. The hotel was very clean, this is very important to me The location was also normal.They are generally very friendly and helpful. Dollars and their own money are accepted everywhere, credit cards are almost never used and you have to be very careful when it comes to taxis, just like everywhere else in the world.

The rooms are clean and spacious, with a comfortable bed, a nice shower area, and a good location. We checked in at 3 a.m., and the staff were very helpful and friendly. They even contacted us on WhatsApp to arrange the check-in, as we were delayed and arrived late.

Stayed for one night, but I highly recommend it and will definitely be going back.
