Additionally, I would like to highlight the efforts of Karen, a new staff member, who made every effort to help despite being new to her role. Everything was excellent. The staff were kind and very helpful, especially Khaleel, Tawfeeq, and Ali, as well as the woman from the housekeeping staff. The breakfast was delicious, and the hotel was very clean. The location is perfect—right in the heart of Hamra, with everything close by. I had a great experience overall.

Even though the location was in a busy and tight area, there was always a dedicated spot in front of the hotel, the staff was incredibly friendly and supportive, thumbs up for them.

The only downside was the commotion outside which can be loudly heard from inside the room, sealed windows would be an added benefit which would have made the stay extraordinary.

Despite the situation in the country, you feel safe and quiet during your stay. It is a good idea to detach sometimes and focus on your well being. You can definitely do that at Casa D’Or, and for a an amazing price. They did not try to charge me any extra fees and were very generous with the pricings.
