Exceptional Staff One of the highlights of my stay was the outstanding service provided by the hotel staff. I want to give special mention to Khalil, whose professionalism and dedication to guest satisfaction were truly commendable. Khalil went above and beyond to ensure that my stay was comfortable and enjoyable. From arranging transportation to providing local tips, his assistance was invaluable. Additionally, I would like to highlight the efforts of Karen, a new staff member, who made every effort to help despite being new to her role. Her enthusiasm and willingness to assist did not go unnoticed and added to the positive experience I had at Casa D'or. Nothing really, everything was as described and expected.

Everything was amazing! The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, the room was clean and comfortable, and the facilities were excellent. The food was delicious with a great variety, and the hotel’s location was perfect for exploring the city. The view from the room was simply breathtaking.

There was absolutely nothing to complain about. Everything was perfect!

Despite the situation in the country, you feel safe and quiet during your stay. It is a good idea to detach sometimes and focus on your well being. You can definitely do that at Casa D’Or, and for a an amazing price. They did not try to charge me any extra fees and were very generous with the pricings.

Nothing you can don't like

The staff and location was superb. It was a nice place to stay. It had met my expectations.

The room we had was noisy as we could hear the people in next room talking into the early mornings. Also we dont smoke and we could smell the cigarette smoke from the adjacent room.

the view is not so good in fact it was a bit depressing and the furniture was kind of a bit old style as well

Fantastic location in Hamra. Streets around are full of restaurants with great food. The hotel beds are very comfortable and the shower was great. Staff was mostly very friendly and professional. Receptionist, Amira, was exceptionally helpful and friendly. Gave great recommendations and advice on places to go and how to get there.

Some of the reception staff are very friendly and some are quite blunt. Although there is a kettle, there isn't any tea or coffee provided in the room. The facilities in this hotel are too few. Only a small gym in the basement. Wifi was awful. When I requested my room be changed because a family with an infant checked in in the room next to me, my request was ignored. I stayed for 10 nights, sometimes housekeeping didn't top up my water bottles.

It was a wonderful stay at this hotel. Delicious breakfast, nice location and extremely fast laundry service. But the most wonderful thing about this hotel is the staff. The staff demeanor was that of a 7-star hotel; very helpful, polite and friendly. Would I stay at this hotel again? Absolutely!

The only thing I didn't like is room card which I had to configure at the reception every day.
