Location is great, they have private parking for 5$ a day. Stuff was very friendly. Daily cleaning. Possible to pay through booking website with a debit card.

Building needs a renovation, as well as some interior. But considering countrys current economical state I doubt its gonna happen.

I must say it was a truly memorable experience! From the moment I checked in, Mahmoud warmly welcomed me and answered all my questions with a smile and professionalism. A special shoutout to Rouquaya, the room cleaning staff, who ensured my room was spotless and comfortable every day. It's the little touches like these that make a big difference. One of the highlights of my stay was the breathtaking balcony view, especially during the morning sunrise. Watching the sun rise over the city skyline was a truly enchanting experience and made my mornings even more special. The hotel's amenities were fantastic, and the location was perfect for exploring the city. I felt safe and well taken care of during my entire stay. I would like also to extend my sincere gratitude to Joumana for making my visit so enjoyable. Her guidance, knowledge and advise were very helpful. She is a gem! Old hotel but clean. Spacious room. Bed is comfortable. The bathroom is renovated and the shower is very good. In the heart of Hamra area.

Breakfast can be improved - by adding manakeesh for example or fresh sweet options (eg cakes/croissants). Very old furniture

The staff are incredibly friendly and helpful and my my stay go smoothly. The room was large and cleaned daily - the cleaning staff are very kind. Great location close to so many wonderful cafés!

The WiFi can be spotty at times, but overall it's a good idea to get a SIM Card in Lebanon for mobile data.

The stuff is very friendly and helpful, their work is singlehandedly pushing the overall experience to the top. Every day they bring you at least 1L of water for free.

There is a lot of traffic near this area. Not the hotel's fault but still something to consider in Hamra district.
