This hotel is really amazing. I would like to thank the head of the reception, Mr. Ali and the hotel manager , Mr, Assem . They helped me when I wanted to change the last two days of my stay for some personal conditions . They are really humane and they care about the comfort of customers. In addition to that , the hotel is very clean with excellent facilities and kind staff. I highly recommend it

The staff are great, Mr. Ali is the best ever, would recommend calling the hotel and speaking before you arrive, all extra requests are met and without disappointment

The people were very nice, welcoming and friendly. The location is PERFECT. You're literally at a walking distance from everything. The room is clean and comfortable. The WI-FI is good as well. Overall very good for the price. solid 8 out of 10

The electricity cuts out very often -about 6 hours a day- The airport shuttle the hotel provided was very expensive. It was for 20 dollars for the pick-up which is way too expensive for the distance.

I highly recommend this hotel! The staff is super friendly and helpful. Mohammad, in particular, was amazing. He assisted me with my luggage and always made sure everything was okay. I also met Ali in the morning, such a warm and welcoming guy. I actually love Lebanese people. As for the room, it was clean, comfortable and perfect for a good night’s sleep. Definitely a great place to stay!

What i liked the most was the vibes the hotel gives, complete privacy, very polite staff who can help with any order or demand swiftly. Mr. Ali was very kind and generous with us, his attitude is remarkable and friendly. We had some extra demands and the hotel had no problem to give us.

I had some points that i included when i reserved but unfortunately not all were noted, eventhough i received a message that everything will be done as i want, they asked my partner to pay eventhough the reservation was in my name, when i called the receptionist to inform him about the note i left (please let me pay the bill not my partner) and the approval i got, he then told me that he didnt check the note on the reservation.

Position in the heart of Hamra, where is possible to find everything, from pubs to shops, exchange points and nice restaurants. Hotel Staff was merely amazing, above all I would like to emphasize the kindness and experience of Hussein (English, Arab, Spanish Speaker), which assisted me with all my questions and requests. Overall, the experience was excellent, I do reccommend Marble Tower Hotel

The location was great, surrounded by multiple food and bar options. The staff members were very welcoming and kind and helpful. Easy access to taxis and other touristic areas.

The lighting was dim so could do with being more bright. Would have loved a table and chair on my balcony. The electricity cutting off multiple times a day, although that has been an issue in Lebanon in general.
