The hotel staff are all amazing

The toilet doesn't have "shatter" we are muslims and must use water "shattaf" after using toilet

The location is magnificent. I had an upgrade to a special room on the 9th floor, which is the only one with a great balcony and magical view. The gym is professional, but you need to exit the hotel to reach it (next door). The pool is shalow, so you just chill out relaxing.

They have great staff but few in number. You can see that the staff are doing their best, but they can't keep up with the big number of guests.

The location of this hotel is great. Short walk to everything, restaurants, cafes, sightseeing spots. Couple things to note: the swimming pool closes in the afternoon, the gym has limited hours on Saturday and it is closed on Sunday. The room was clean, spacious and comfortable. The balcony was nice and we liked the views. Good value for the price.

Location is really great, alot of shopping and restorant, it is many people all the time so you feel safe Also Room was clean and nice. We requested an iron and stuff brought it without any extra fee

We stayed 2 nights and nodobody cleaned the room, didnt bring water, coffee and tea After we asked about it - they brought all things

The professional staff from the time we arrived at reception, Ms. Zainab took care of us and made all the required arrangements. Breakfast was amazing, especially with the secret recipes of Chief Hassan, which made it exceptional

Hotel is old and needs renovation

Everything was great and the staff are phenomenal (Walid, Bilal, Ahmad, Sandy, mohd juma and Zainab), great and beyond supportive and caring.

WiFi wasn't working as it should half way through my stay. They did their level best to facilitate and support but it was more of firewall block
