The room was comfortable, kettlee & coffee/tea/water are available in the room and small fridge. Good air-conditioning. Wifi is fast but in some rooms (like mine) you have to seat next to the front door to have signal. There was no internet connection in the middle of the room. It's not a problem with check in and out in the middle of the night. Tasty breakfest. Hotel is next to Hamra street. It's best place if you want to sightseeing the city (also close to the Pigeon Rock).

It is not worth taking trips from the hotel. It's much more expensive than in the city. Don't be afraid to book trips in Lebanese travel agencies (also via booking com).

I had a wonderful stay at the hotel and would definitely recommend it to others. The service was excellent, and the staff were welcoming and professional. I would especially like to mention Mohammed at the reception—he was incredibly polite, helpful, and made the check-in process smooth and pleasant. He went out of his way to assist me during my stay and truly made us feel at home. Great experience overall!

Great stay in a great hotel. Close to the sea, restaurants and bars and the main part of the city. Safe area, even at night. The staff made it possible for us to check-in a few hours sooner than they usually do, as we had come to the city early in the morning. No problem with storing tourists' luggage for a few hours before check-in and after check-out. Tasty breakfast, several option to choose from both local and European food - many thanks to Mr. Shuaid! Finally, kudos to the hotel's helpful staff, regards to Mr. Mahmoud for his help to organize several aspects of our journey. PS. Quiet rooms and tourist-friendly price for rooms are other advantages that come to my mind.

One or two additional cabinets/cupboards would be helpful to keep our things in order.

Room was comfortable- A/c very good . The bed could be a little more comfortable (there is a plastic underlining for hygienic purposes) which makes it a little hot & sweaty and a bit less comfortable. Bathroom looks fresh and good (obviously recently renovated) Staff are wonderful; very accommodating & helpful. They really made me feel most welcome. Location on HAMRA street on the corner of Jeanne D’Arc could not be more convenient - loved it Breakfast was OK - authentically local, but I felt a little too repetitive. Could do with more variety

Very helpful and communicative staff, especially Ibrahim on the front desk and the hotel manager madam Ruba. Location is very centric in middle of everything in Hamra, even on walking distance from Roucheh. Breakfast was a great Lebanese one that i have missed since ling time.

I do totally understand the situation in Lebanon, that it is not easy to invest money in a bankrupt country like this, but it could have been so good to make a small repairs and update inside the room.

The receptionist Mr. Mohammed is so kind and helpful and humor. The bell man abo hussan is very warm hearted. The breakfast is variety and delicious. Room size is good, the bathroom is very huge. They supply car renting and sim card service, and 24hrs power supply. Very good location, a lot of supermarket and restaurant and cafe, shopping around.

The room price of hotel is reasonable . This place will Welcome you as if you are their Royal family member and you can see it in their smile, affection, care and sparkle in their eyes. Dia the Boss of the hotel and his crew are on the floor always making sure every bit is taken care of. The room is big with every facility, Clean bed with nice crisp bed sheets and pillows and duvets. Phone charging sockets, 2 bottles of drinking water daily, clean fresh toilet full of toiletries- shampoo, conditioner, body wash, body cream and all best quality. Saheed the incharge of the Hotel kitchen is always around making sure- food is fresh, hygienic and yummy tasty. Saheed is a very important resourceful person helping with advice of reasonable price tour bookings to going shopping or even having a haircut. Mohammed on reception is perfect to welcome you and get your laundry sorted to even getting good nice clean smelling taxi and taxi drivers. The hotel location is perfect right in the best street Hamra of Beirut. The Food hub full of different eateries that are open almost until 2 am is just 10-15 steps away and of course the area is lively and full of shopping options. I loved the vibe of the place. Beirut i ❤️ you.

Its difficult to bring improvisation in perfection. Yes there is always room for doing better and better.

The room was comfy, clean and affordable. The free cancellation option was so handy for me, since i didn't know when my flight from Beirut will be scheduled. J hotel confirmed my late check in (around 12:30 am) which was really appreciated. Thank you

Wall painting and furniture rennovation would be great

I only had one night at the hotel while I was waiting for my flight home. The staff was very attentive and very flexible with my requests regarding the time of check-out. The room was spacious enough and well equipped, the bathroom was big and the location was prime! Surrounded by many shops and restaurants.

Everything, Muhammad, was very helpful and caring and professional. And the rest of the team as well but I don't know the names, but all were friendly. Breakfast was decent The cleaning staff were also very friendly . Comfy big bed in deluxe room
