Excellent Stay in the Heart of Hamra! I had a wonderful experience at Queens Suite Hotel. The room was impressively spacious, clean, and very well-organized, making for a comfortable and cozy stay. The bathroom was equally large, with a good, clean shower. The air conditioning worked perfectly. The hotel's location is unbeatable – right in the heart of the bustling Hamra district. It's extremely central and accessible, with countless shops and amenities just steps away. What truly stood out was the exceptional service. The staff were universally kind and cooperative. The receptionist was particularly helpful, going above and beyond. They contacted me via WhatsApp before my arrival to coordinate, which was very thoughtful. Upon arrival, I was thrilled when they offered me a complimentary upgrade and allowed me an early check-in as my room was ready. Practical aspects were also great – the hotel offers garage parking at an affordable rate, complete with convenient valet service. Overall, a fantastic stay thanks to the great room, prime location, and truly outstanding staff. Highly recommended!

The bathroom appeared to need some minor maintenance. One point to be aware of is the tap water; it seemed like treated seawater, which was perfectly fine for showering, but I'd recommend using bottled water for drinking.

All of the staff were kind, and also there is a guy called Ali that helped us rent a car, they are really nice people. The room was excellent , very comfy, and everything was clean and new

The water that I used for washing was salty and had a taste, which we found out that most of the places like (restaurants, cafes, etc…) had the same issue especially in Beirut, so I think it’s a normal thing there.

The room is big, well-organized, and the bathroom as well, the air condition works well and the shower is clean and good. Location is at the heart of Hamra district and there are many shops are available at the vicinity of the hotel. Staff are very kind and cooperative.

I think the room was a smoking room, because I smelled something like this, however this didn't bother me. I was happy with my room, which has a king bed size.

We were surprised by the level of the hotel and the hospitality of staff. All the people from room cleanears to the front desk were exceptional. Keep up the good work.

There is some noise outside the hotel due to the construction site,but that is irrelevant to the hotel.

Everything was good, the room was big and spacious, staff helpful. A little "dated" but everything clean and comfortable. Good location, good wifi. And I was nicely surprised to have a whole kitchenette area in the room.

Everything was good, though being asked repeatedly for positive booking reviews, both at checkout and later via whatsapp - was frankly irksome. I'm travelling, give me some time, i'll get to it... But yeah, no big deal, everything was fine.

there is an issue where when checking out, an employee checks the minibar to check if anything was taken to be paid by us,, i was surprised to know that there was a product missing , and i had to pay for it , while i am 100% sure that i did not take anything from the mini bar , and this issue occured at other hotels too , not only this one .

I had a very good stay at this hotel and I am particularly grateful to the receptionist Faten. From the moment I arrived, Faten went above and beyond to ensure my stay was comfortable and enjoyable. I recently had the pleasure of staying at this hotel for the second time, and overall, my experience was quite pleasant. I must tell that the overall experience, as the reasonable pricing and central location certainly contribute to making it a favorable choice. I look forward to the possibility of returning in the future. I wish them a continued success in providing exceptional service to the guests.

The staff were very kind and supportive. The location is really good .The standard studio that we booked was spacious, and you can find everything you want.

The internet was okay but should be quicker. The beds are also good but can be more comfortable.
