Staff members are so kind and accomodating. You feel well taken care of, and at home. The area is great and everything at a short distance. The breakfast waitress is really adorable and kind.

The cleaner was not so great and coming inside with outdoor shoes, also the beds (mattresses) could be replaced for more comfortable ones.

I had a good experience at Q Hotel during my recent trip to Beirut. The location is perfect — close to vibrant shopping centers, great restaurants, and major attractions. The staff were incredibly welcoming and helpful throughout my stay. From check-in to check-out, everything was smooth and professional. A special shoutout to the front desk team for their hospitality and local recommendations! My room was clean, and very comfortable, with all the amenities I needed. Overall, Q Hotel exceeded my expectations. I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable place to stay in Beirut. I’ll definitely be coming back!

One of the best Hotels in Beirut. The staff were exceptionally friendly, nice and helpful. You feel that they care (not just doing their job, which means so much to the visitor). The rooms are very comfortable, super design, and very clean. When you go into that hotel, you feel you are in another country. Very recommended hotel. Thank you, QHotel for this exceptional stay.

Great staff, everyone friendly & happy to help. Good breakfast, they prepare it for you when you come. I liked the location, it's next to (one of) the main street where there are restaurants and exchange offices (which was super relevant when I was visiting). Possibly to park a car in front of the hotel on the side of the street (free). Electricity was always available (it shuts down for few seconds every day, when they have to turn on generators, but you barely notice that). WiFi was good and available in the room and other places in the hotel.

Hotel Staff was very kind ,helpful and cooperative especially Ms. Sara and Ms. Abeer Location is great and very near to the restaurants and shopping center at the hamra Street but far a little bit to Rouche Sea Rock about 15-20 minutes on foot My room was very elegant and stylish . Breakfast is good but need more varieties of food

Location & proximity is great, parking spot also available which is rare in the middle of Beirut, and staff are all super friendly and helpful.

The staff and the receptionist people, especially that girl her name is Noor. She was really nice. All of them did the best job ,so we felt as we were at home🙏

The staff is very friendly and responsive. The location of the hotel is amazing as it is in the heart of the capital, close to all the places you need to visit during a holiday. When they noticed that I was with my family, they upgraded my booking to include an additional room at no extra charge.

Breakfast was yummy! Location is amazing! The staff was very charming and they wanted our stay to be the best of bests! Defo will be back there if visiting Beirut again ;) Make sure to haggle with a Bolt/Uber driver if arriving to Beirut via the plane.

Rooms need more thorough clean and/or renovation - especially bathroom. The AC was kind of loud.
