Staff members are so kind and accomodating. You feel well taken care of, and at home. The area is great and everything at a short distance. The breakfast waitress is really adorable and kind.

The cleaner was not so great and coming inside with outdoor shoes, also the beds (mattresses) could be replaced for more comfortable ones.

The room is extremely spacious and bright. The private balcony is a plus 😍 Everyone in Q hotel was veey friendly and helpful! Moreover, finding a taxi in the early morning was too easy. The AC worked really good, despite of the hot weather and humidity in Beirut. The hotel is recommended for hijabi ladies, since the room provides a good level of privacy with no nearby resedential buildings overlooking it.

The internet got disconnected for around 5 hours on my first day, which was so annoying. Other than that the internet connection was good and stable during the rest of my stay.

I had a good experience at Q Hotel during my recent trip to Beirut. The location is perfect — close to vibrant shopping centers, great restaurants, and major attractions. The staff were incredibly welcoming and helpful throughout my stay. From check-in to check-out, everything was smooth and professional. A special shoutout to the front desk team for their hospitality and local recommendations! My room was clean, and very comfortable, with all the amenities I needed. Overall, Q Hotel exceeded my expectations. I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable place to stay in Beirut. I’ll definitely be coming back!

One of the best Hotels in Beirut. The staff were exceptionally friendly, nice and helpful. You feel that they care (not just doing their job, which means so much to the visitor). The rooms are very comfortable, super design, and very clean. When you go into that hotel, you feel you are in another country. Very recommended hotel. Thank you, QHotel for this exceptional stay.

Nice facility in a good location, unique hotel in Beirut. Good option if you want easy access to AUBMC or Hamra main street.

The shower water was uncomfortably hot and we weren’t able to adjust the temperature to make it cooler which made showering a struggle!

Great staff, everyone friendly & happy to help. Good breakfast, they prepare it for you when you come. I liked the location, it's next to (one of) the main street where there are restaurants and exchange offices (which was super relevant when I was visiting). Possibly to park a car in front of the hotel on the side of the street (free). Electricity was always available (it shuts down for few seconds every day, when they have to turn on generators, but you barely notice that). WiFi was good and available in the room and other places in the hotel.

Hotel Staff was very kind ,helpful and cooperative especially Ms. Sara and Ms. Abeer Location is great and very near to the restaurants and shopping center at the hamra Street but far a little bit to Rouche Sea Rock about 15-20 minutes on foot My room was very elegant and stylish . Breakfast is good but need more varieties of food

Location & proximity is great, parking spot also available which is rare in the middle of Beirut, and staff are all super friendly and helpful.

Overall all is good and decent :)

The staff and the receptionist people, especially that girl her name is Noor. She was really nice. All of them did the best job ,so we felt as we were at home🙏
