The most helping was Nisreen , we booked 2 nights but every morning she gave us tips and tricks for the country so we ended up staying 13 nights, Nisreen makes this place nice even if it has a lot of “ - “ . If you have a employer of the year she is the star everyday with a smile on her face Is located in the heart of Beirut , I always found a parking place .

When I came at the check in was night , the receptions wanted us to pay 100 S guarantee for the room witch is not specified before booking . He keeps us 1 H and 20 minutes to make a check in even he had free rooms just to piss us off , we payed a half night fee for the early check in at 5 in the morning . The hotel needs to be renovating , the bathroom is always full of watter and the walls need new paint

well Im quite spoiled with travels, but this my trip was just amazing! Lebanon is just gorgeous, each second was enjoyable, and for sure I enjoyed my stay in the hotel! Staff were more than helpful, we were in touch even much earlier than the trip started. My room was big and clean with everything needed with a really stunning view! Staff were more than hospitable aranging everything I need and checking everyday if Im okay. Location is perfect for sure. If Ill return back to Beirut, I will definitely choose this hotel again!

1-All the staff are nice but one of the staff could not communicate with me properly. 2- it seems that I was asked to pay for VAT twice because my booking receipt was showing the total confirmed price but I paid at hotel extra for VAT. I think their printed html page differed my receipt. Sounds like double screening is happening like a financial crime. Or VAT must get paid at hotel and excluded the offered price at the booking.com. Frankly speaking im speechless as all staff were simply proffessionas. Very helpful and easy going. Always smiling. I actually dealt with Mr. Ayoub. He was very friendly, very helpfull and very good in customer service. For the reataurant. Mr. Falah and mr. Ayoub they have very good customer service skills. I dont know the name of the other gentlemen who was working night shift he was very good as well. Im very delighted to come back again as i really loved the stay.

Overall everything was quiet good.

The guy in the reception just let em smile cause your doing hospitality

Everything was comfortable and flexible, the location, the room, the bed, the toilet on comparison with another location

But I didn't like when one of the staff contact me through my phone number, there's a phone in the room for the contact with the reception and vice versa if they want to ask me about something. Perhaps, I considered that you've cross something personal related to me and to my visit.

Mr. Ayoub at the reception offered me the best services a guest can get in a hotel. He was very helpful and welcoming, and fulfilled all my requests at top priority. He made my stay at the hotel one of the best experiences to have in Al-Hamra, Beirut. Thank you so much brother Ayoub.

The other guests next door were very noisy.

Staff were very friendly and helpful. The location was perfect and the food in the restaurant was really good.

On arrival to my room I was told the mini bar was complementary. When I checked out I was charge around $25 for it. I believe it was a mistake due to the language barrier. Apart from that, my stay was brilliant.

The best thing about that hotel was the staff. The worst thing about it was the network, which was a disaster; perhaps the customers were using selfishnet or something, but it was the only bad thing. But again, they have the best staff—kind, professional, and helpful.
