Before staying at this hotel, I read some not very good comments about it and must say that in my case, everything was just excellent. It was extremely clean, all facilities worked okay and even better - for example, I didn't expect a refrigerator. Nobody demanded any extra charges. Hot water available at all times, electricity may be switched off for a couple of hours during the night but you will not notice it. Some people criticise the breakfast but to me, it was very good. Different sorts of cheese, olives, eggs, vegetables, Lebanese specialities, soup!!! Some say coffee was without milk there but you have genuine Lebanese coffee, what milk? If you don't want it, take mango juice. The restaurant is good, this is seen by lots of local visitors evenings. Location, to me, was also excellent - 100 m from the Pigeon rocks, with good connection (bus 15) to Cola, Dawra, Zeituna bay, National museum, etc. People at the reception will always help, in particular, to change the money at a good rate. And don't forget that it's one of the cheapest hotels in Beirut. Thanks to everyone!

The Hotel was clean and its neighborhood is safe. The staff is nice and helpful .I am so happy that when I made the reservation I paid for breakfast too..it was a blast and so so delicious was served at Baghdad’s nearby restaurant.. I liked the fool, the fresh delicious tomatoes cucumbers, the variety of Lebanese cheeses and the Baghdadi tea, which was new for me .. you have to try it ..

The don’t accept credit cards so you have to pay cash in advance and place a security deposit or leave the passport with them as a security !

* The room condition wasn't so good due to several years of operation It needs to be renovated * At night, I'd asked the restaurant team about breakfast starting time, and they informed me at 7.00 But unfortunately I got my breakfast around 8.00 But anyway, thanks to them since they rapidly collected for me a coffee and mix chees Thanks to all hotel team

The room was very clean and comfortable . Big thanks to Ibrahim Hroubi who always makes it feel like home for us . He is always available whenever needed and showing the maximum support during our stay . It is necessary to mention the receptionist "Lea" for the smooth check out , she was very friendly and helpful !

The breakfast honestly must be better and more diverse , same breakfast since my last visit a month ago .

It was excellent , Great location, only 1 minute walk to the historical Pegon Rock(Rouche) Price per night was very reasonable. I enjoyed the stay , excellent location at the heart of El Rawsha Area .Room service and house keeping were good .No electricity cut as generators are working fine. Breakfast was good. Best Value for money. I do recommend. Special thanks to Dana , Abed and Ibrahim.

I felt misled by booking.com website as the pictures of the room I chose was much better the real thing. I don’t blame the hotel or the staff for it. but I blame booking.com website, and when I arrived to Beirut I’ve asked the hotels which are right on the seafront and the rates were not far from what booking.com charged for much less quality room. very unhappy with booking.com service.

I liked that the staff worked 24/7 and were on site all the time and you could get what you wanted at whatever time you wanted, a blond guy called Jad I think met us at the reception was very nice and helped us with everything we needed help with he was extremely kind, in fact he even helped us with taxis, car rental, and warned us about where is good and what is bad, etc...
