I recently had the pleasure of staying at Lahoya Verdun . From the moment I checked in, the staff was welcoming and efficient, ensuring a smooth process. The hotel’s location is unbeatable, just a short walk from beautiful sandy beaches and conveniently close to several popular shopping malls. My room was spacious, clean, and well-equipped, with a comfortable bed. The hotel offers excellent amenities, including reliable Wi-Fi and steady electricity, making my stay very comfortable. Overall, Lahoya Verdun’s prime location, top-notch amenities, and outstanding service make it a perfect choice for any traveler. I look forward to returning on my next visit.

This was my third time staying at Lahoya Verdun, and once again, it did not disappoint. The city view from the balcony is fantastic there are no buildings blocking the view, so you get a clear, unobstructed look at the skyline .The room was spotless and well-maintained, with all the amenities I've come to expect from this hotel. The staff continues to be friendly and accommodating, making sure every stay feels special. I appreciate the consistency in quality and service, which is why I keep coming back. If you're looking for a comfortable stay with a view that truly captures the essence of the city, I highly recommend this hotel. Already looking forward to my next visit!

Very spacious and comfortable rooms with large double bed (firm mattress), sofa, kitchenette area (including all cutlery, plates, glasses/mugs, kettle and a fridge). Bathroom was very spacious too with bidet and large shower. Room was extremely clean and was cleaned daily. Also got given complementary water bottles on arrival to room and once more during the stay. Additionally there was parking in front of the hotel although in the mornings it would get busy. Two shopping centres (ABC Verdun and Dunes) are within a 2 min walk from the hotel's location both offering free wifi with a lot of clothes/coffee shops too. Area felt safe even at night time and the hotel had 24hr electricity and fast internet.

Everything was excellent - no issues. Potentially though an oven/microwave would have been nice to heat up some food but was never an issue.

It s very clean , equiped with fredge and cooker , it s very clean the staff especially Miss Maya are very friendely , the mist important thing is the electricity in lebanon it function all the time but may be arreseted for a minute or seconds than return , this didnt happened a lot , the only time that it was arrested for long was around 2 in the morning and i asked the staff and they declare to me that this is the 1st time since a long time but u must know that the electricity in lebanon as i was told and the news say is a big priblem in lebanon and they provide it privately without the governement. In general the hotel is very good , and it can reach the exellent, and very clean & equiped & near the sea and again thank you very very much Miss Maya & all the staff for your help and have nice days isa♥️😘

In general as i said is very good and may reach exellence , but may be there s no food, you can cook whatever you want you have cooker and fridge The price may be hight in comparaison to other hotels in lebanon but this may be to its unique place in verdun in lebanon The electricity is very good but only once it was arrested for a little long time and i told the staff that please this have to be corrected as we can be doing important thing and if electricity cut this s very dangerous & they declare me that s the 1st time this occur since a long time. I had a fantastic two-night stay at this hotel! The internet was impressively fast, ensuring I could stay connected without any hiccups. The AC kept the room wonderfully cool, allowing for a comfortable and refreshing sleep. The location was perfect, right next to the mall, making shopping and entertainment incredibly convenient. Moreover, the hotel's surroundings were ideal, as it was surrounded by essential amenities such as a supermarket, restaurants, and even a barber shop. The convenience of having everything within reach made my trip all the more enjoyable. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a delightful and well-connected stay in a prime location.

the property is super clean, classy, and very well maintained. the location is excellent there are lots of shops, restaurants, hair salons, and a huge mall all within a 1 minutes walking l distance. the front desk crew(Omar, Darien, and adhim) were super helpful and knowledgeable. room service crew (mustafa, Ali, and rajib) did an amazing job everyday we stayed at the property. we would defiantly stay there again. thank you everyone for taking care of us and providing an exceptional customer service. Darien, omar, mustafa and rajib you guys are superstars.

Very spacious, clean room and great location. Walking distance from ABC Verdun shopping center. The hotel is safe and the staff is really helpful. Maya Itani is a star employee, amazing service (felt like a friend really). Some rooms have a mini kitchenette, which is also a great addition to the experience. Finally, the price of the room is ideal for a six-day stay, especially when considering the quality of the service provided. Will definitely return.

No water bottles in the hotel, however, if you ask the receptionist, they will send someone to buy the water bottles + other groceries for you instantly.

This our second visit, the staff Maya, Bilal & Dareen welcomed us and made us feel at home. 24 hours electricity is a bonus in Beirut. Kids friendly which is most important, room service staff don’t recall their names were amazing too. Highly recommended.

Parking garage in basement and steep hill to get to, it was blocked with water tank once but Dareen stepped in and asked to make a way. Shower facilities out of date and needs replacement.

The staff is very friendly, probably the friendliest we have met in Lebanon. They all do their best and are willing to help resolve any problem swiftly. Much obliged!

There is a minaret around the corner that wakes you up really early in the morning (04.30). Obviously that is not their fault, but especially when you are away with little kids, it is very tiresome.

The amazing customer service - that simply supersedes any hotel/vacation experience we have ever had in our comprehensive catalogue of travel experience, lead alone by an incredible employee that I would rather not mention by name without her consent. This is by far a true example of how a hotel can bring that "extra" thing to the customer - without the customer having the words to describe what it is? it felt human? magical? wonderful? and last but not least heartwarming. I strongly recommend Lahoya Verdun 5 out of 5 stars is simply not enough.🤩🤩🤩🤩 Thank you for being you (the entire team) but especially also that superwoman in your team which gave my parents an amazing experience leading to this review + a 117% re-visit guarantee. The suite was incredible, service at TOP and above (should be their motto) and nothing to put a finger on (clean, no disturbances, friendly and almost as if you were back home at the relatives you love) Thank you again and as we say in Denmark: Vi ses!
